I have been in the Army 15 years and recently started playing with these romance lads while deployed here in Afghanistan in my free time. I love it. There is a website actual victims post on www.soldiersperspective.us/category/nigerian-scammers/ and i was able to help one lady identify a US soldier when his pictures and name was used in a scam that was trying to get her to send Ipods and GPS SAT phones to him. Being in the Army i was able to search for the soldier whoms ID was stolen and let him know.
