Just had a call from 'tech support' about my computer. It's the latest in a line of them I've been having over the last few days. It is always an Indian call centre type of phone call. They have a really thick Indian accent that I can barely understand, the call never lasts beyond a few seconds.

Today, the caller said his name was 'Mark Wilson'. For crying out loud (please supply some very strong swearing to replace that), with a bloody extremely thick Indian accent????? That's like me trying to convince a Nigerian that I'm bloody Sani Abacha. 'Yes I am, ignore the thick Welsh accent, because I have an Igbo accent it just happens to sound like I'm from bloody Cardiff'. FFS, how bloody stupid do they think we are.

Anyway, after I said to the bugger 'you do NOT sound like a Mark Wilson to me'. He bloody hung up.
