Catcher, this isn't really something we deal with here and while I'm not one of the keyholders, I'm highly doubtful that it will get entry in the database as it's malware, not advance fee fraud.
Go ahead and report it and see if you can get it shut down if it's a malware site.

I'll move this thread to misc. scams after you've had a chance to see/respond.
