Hi,
So I have an expensive item that I put on craigslist and a guy in nigeria emailed me, said he would pay with paypal and actually just sent me payment with instructions to ship the item to him in Nigeria.
Paypal sent me an email warning me that the payment was sent but may be charged back.
So what do I do now? Mail him something that he's not expecting? Email him back and explain there were problems with his payment and demand a little more cash?
UPDATE! I just looked at the emails from Paypal and they are really good fakes! WOW, I can't believe how I just got fooled already by them. Man they are great criminals. I didn't click on any links in the emails, so I'm still safe. PHEW! |
