Your address got on a lad list. This is a typical email selling services to scammers. In his case, it sounds like he is selling fake webcam applications (used mostly by romance scammers) and if I am reading this one right, he is claiming to have access to lots of stolen credit cards that can be used to WU money (for a fee of course).

Of course, he is a criminal himself, and there is no honor among thieves, so he could simply be planning to rip off the lads too.
