The link in the email keeps timing out for me, and by the looks of the message it appears to be a phishing email. We don't deal with phishing sites here; only advance fee fraud.

Hi Phantom. As Bluth already said, this looks like a phishing email. For some explanation of the difference between a fake site used for fraud and a phishing site, please see this post: http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=720553#720553
The best action for you to take against phishing sites is to forward the email to the real bank being impersonated. We don't post or deal with phishing sites here but if you get something that you're not sure of, go ahead and post it for us to take a look at.
