I am new to this just joined and don't know if this has been flagged before but I joined freelotto when I was recently in Canada. By the way free costs around 15 dollars a month but that didn't phase me too much. But after a while I started getting these notices that I had 'won' and I had to varify my information to claim my winnings, supposedly $50,000. Anyway I fell for it and sent in my varification which only turned out to be another $15 everytime I varified. Then I finally found out that I would indeed be paid the winnings if I lodged a winning ticket. DAH. like saying you will win on that horse race 'if you pick the winning horse'. This is a scam perpetrated by U.S. citizens running a scam lotto in New York.
