Thank you for your letter, but I must say I am surprised by the method of payment. What is Western Union Money Transfer, I have never heard of it? Normally, I pay bills with a simple transfer of money from my bank account. Send me instead of your bank account and SWIFT code, we resolve the payment that way. I also want to have an invoice first, before I pay, so I can clear the debit and credit in the economy system.

Thanks for asking, but my days have been completely terrible! So I can tell you that I am pissed.

Firstly it is clear that I know WHAT the Western Union Money Transfer is! Are you trying to imply thay I'm stupid? However, I have never heard of anyone using it in business transactions.

Secondly, I can say that those who work at the Western Union Money Transfer are totally crazy. I told them that I want to send $ 550 to Fedex, Onuador Ikechukwu M, 120 ikenegbu layout owerri, Nigeria. Then they start with the worst hearing about why and one thing and other. They also demanded that Fedex should fill in a form. I became angry and told them to go to hell and so I went to another office. Anyway, they are in collusion, because they also require you to fill in their anti scam form. I guess you know what they are talking about, so send me the form completed so I can send money!

Incidentally, I think you could have mentioned that it is so complicated and that you need to fill in forms! If we would have sent the money via bank transfer so you would already have the money!

I went to the second place as I was talking about. But then they said they will keep the money until they have received a completed anti scam form. I have looked through your mail, but have not seen that you sent them to me yet. If you do not have them, I can send them to you, I got some from the Western Union Money Transfer representative. I'm completely exhausted after their bureaucracy. The only thing that made me stand out was the idea of the ATM money, when I receive the ATM card any of this don't matter anymore. But you should know that I'm still mad at you for not telling me about the anti Scam forms!

Incidentally, I have done everything as quickly as I can, and your help has been minimal. Given the amount of money that is MINE and is in your court, I would like YOU to take this more serious. Dear sir, I hope you have had a nice weekend. Personally I had planned a fishing trip with my brother on my yacht. A wonderful long weekend with much sun, beer and fish.

After great difficulty I managed to get my money back and went to a mall to pay, as you suggested. There I met a nice assistant (to my big surprise) who helped me. She told me that all the Western Union Money Transfer offices in Washington state will move to the new anti scam forms, for money sent outside the U.S. This is so Western Union Money Transfer should not be blamed if the sender feel cheated. She was kind enough to send me a PDF file with the form, you find it attached in this email. Another customer I talked to while I waited for my turn, suggested that you could call +I (2O6) EE8 5934, where they have all the info on these new forms.

The attached PDF is of good quality, I tried to print it so I know it's no problem. Just print it, fill it, scan it and the send it back to me. Please be quick, so we can settle this matter.

You should tell him that WU won't accept his anti-scam forms because he did not pass the legitimacy test. He needs to chose a letter on the multiple choice questions and he needs to answer with more than a "no idea" on the short answer sections. Also, the security code section is not satisfactorily completed. Smile

They won't release the funds for you to resend them OR for him to pick it up until he answers correctly. Then you'll get a WHOLE NEW set of answers from him... again.

Oh, what awfull days I have had. I have not been this sick and throwing up so much since Cambodia 87, and at that time I was close to death. Over the last few days, I almost asked the next man to put an end to my suffering with a targeted gunshot. I'm wondering if it could be due to the weekend's activities? When we fished we also drank some beer. After a while, we got pretty drunk and my brother suddenly get the idea that we would eat the fish we had caught as sushi, but afterwards I guess it was not such a good idea. I must say, however, that it was fun when we did it, specially when my brother crawled around on deck pretending to be Gollum. When I feel better, I will print out your form and go to the mall with it. Pray for me so I don't die in my pain and vomit.

I am hesitant to give out a phone number and was going to give a disconnected number I know, but I like your voicemails. How are you doing the phone part so he can waste his $ and time on calling, I take it that you're not using your number. Is there a web service I can use free?

I have tried to pay the delivery fee by normal bank transfer from my account to Fedex, but Fedex insist on using Western Union Money Transfer. They have a lot of anti scam forms to fill in. Fedex have filled in the forms and I have left them at Western Union Money Transfer. However they called today and said it was a problem with the forms, I will go over and see what is the problem later today.

It would be best if you could switch delivery company to a company that can handle regular bank transfers. I have the money in my hand, but due regulations at Fedex it takes time. It's not my fault!

When I was at the hospital in my pain, I could console myself with that soon, I have my profit, but it shows that you did not take the form seriously!
