Fraudulent who is, enom, ablehyip.com, please help!

I need pro site killer help. www.ablehyip.com is a ponzi site that is regostered with enom. I have been trying, for months, to kill the last "ablehyip" site. I killed .net, .us. .info, and .org seems to be dead. The one I want dead is the .com site which is still alive.

The original Whois for the .com site was demonstrably false, but is now behind privacy protect. It is registered by enom. The original WHo is was false.

THAT Who is is fraudulent. That site is listed on the bottom this web page (along with the other dead ablehyip sites).

I have filled in forms at enom several times for the .com site, yet it remains. I am not sure if my complaint to enom is what killed the .org site, or the email to the host, who is, incidentally, the host for the .com site.

Question, does anyone have a contact at enom to get the .com site killed?

I worked for Enom, you will get no help. They do not care. My function was to make sure no one ever got money back so if they are paying for the site they will keep it. Your only hope is to wait out the domain registry. Time it and snipe it, most domains go for 3-4 days before they are repayed for when they are not a constantly monitored site. Other option, call them (Enom, Bellevue, Washington) and see if they would help? Never hurts to ask.

Thanks. They have killed sites before based on fraudulent who is. This site, though, just refuses to die.

I have sent a letter to their legal department.
