I received the following email offering me Au Pair work in the UK (btw, I am nowhere near the UK and am not currently looking for work, and have no experience in Au Pair). It certainly reads like a scam email and is headed for my recycle bin, but I'm curious as to how this scam works - can anyone tell me?

It's standard advanced fee stuff - there will be fees required for visas and such like. |

The initial scamming character probably wouldn't ask for money in this particular scam. What they would most likely do is hook you up with their "travel agent" (same scammer or another in the same gang) who will make all of the arrangements for you (and ask for the visa fees plus whatever other imaginary fees they can come up with) |
