"Secret Shopper" Scam - w/ List of Victims?

Have a "Secret Shopper" scam e-mail with about 100 potential victim's e-mails. Who can I send the e-mail addresses to so the potential victims can be warned?

and services in your area.

No commitment is made on this job, and you would have flexible hours as it

I saw this on craigslist and actually replied and got that exact email.. I replied to the email but did not give personal information that I thought would be damaging. I did get a response back though, if anyone wants to see it.
