Hi I'm an absolute novice on these scams. I am well aware of them, but this is the first time I have been caught up in one. I have read Supergirls thread on a Michael Ford. It is this person that is scamming me at the moment. We realised the scam but were not really sure so we played along. We are at the Airport France situation. I have not replyed to this email yet. Any help to string him further would be appreciated.

I read your message as saying that you are baiting a scammer from your real email address. If so, stop now. Always bait from a free webmail account set up with totally bogus details.

Spammers are criminals and potentially dangerous, possibly with friends near you. The risk may be low, but why take chances? There have been a few cases of victims being killed and kidnapped after been lured to Africa to meet the scammers. They are very nasty people.

My story is that we want to sell our apartment in Bulgaria, so thought the Internet would be a place to advertise. We were apprehensive with this guy from the start, but good as he is. He partially convinced us of his general interest. I know we were naive but then who hasn't been! I google earthed the address he gave in uk and the street is there. I want to let the authorities know, because whoever lives there will not be impressed that their address is being used in scams. But I wonder if I would give myself more hassle.

He has got my email address. We rang the number he gave and it is a voicemail service in Italian I think.

He must be really stupid! Because my agent googled and got your site. Surely he can do the same and read what is being said about him! This is really doing my head in! How do I get rid and make sure he doesn't email me again?

I have just emailed him who is stuck in France this message. Alo, Alo, Mike. Listen carefully as I will say this only once. Inspector Cluesso is on his way and will be with you in the moaning. I had to share this with you all.

Finally read your post. I know how you feel. they lead you on well, make you think they want to buy your house but all they want is your money.

I too am seling my house so I don't really bait these guys I just play along for the fun to see where it goes, no harm done. When I get tired of them I usually tell them the house has just sold.
