In todays e-mail from my lad i read this :

With all due respect,this is the official courier services that we are using to send out cheques to clients or scam victims and you are hereby advise to state your interest here or your payment will be canceled.

He made a mistake or he wrote it diliberately to find out how stupid his victim is .

Looks like a recovery scam to me...

^^ Yes, I agree. To expand on that for our newcomer (welcome, by the way) a "recovery scam" is usually targeted at someone who has previously been scammed. The format is that the scammer pretends to be someone (policeman, bank official, government official, etc) who can help the victim recover his/her losses. Of course, they charge an advance fee for the service, before they send the cheque.

Well it is a recovery scam i'm baiting but i was surprised that he mentioned "scam victims" . Now i think of it it make sense he did .
