Now I have a fake email address, under the name Cybil Wrights.. not done this before and hope I'm putting this in the right section! Apologiese if not.. anywho, any advice on how to start with a scam like this one? |

For lotteries, I usually just respond with two sentences of excitement:

Welcome to the Eater, biscuit66.  I'll move this to the main scambaiting forum for you. The misc scams forum is really for non-419 stuff, and yours is pure boilerplate lottery scam. 
The lad will not be looking for anything more than an expression of interest at this stage, so you can keep it very short. If you sign up for a mentor, you should have one allocated to you soon enough to take their advice about where to go next, but there's no harm in also looking around here for completed baits and those in progress to get some ideas about how experienced baiters do it.
