I responded to thee opening e-mail by asking why I had to pay money to the FBI. This is sort of like "To Tell the Truth." Will the real "R0bert 5. Mueller" please stand up?

I don't see why this is ridiculous. You are talking to a Mr R0bert 5 Mueller, but he does not have the answers you need, so you should get in contact with R9bert 5 Muellerr. It's obvious really....
