I was thinking about posting this here
http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=128018 but thought that it would be lost in all the traffic.
Mods, if this is inappropriate, feel free to move it to the existing link and slap me on the head. 
I received an 8 page MS Word doc from our lad http://members.419eater.com/~hans_moleman/Ivbndoc.doc.. It's dry and probably only suitable reading material while your sitting on the john, but it gives a bit of insight into this pet.
Looking into the file property, I found out how our pet is able to put out such an incredible amount of stuff at such short notice.
The document was done by someone named Nel here - http://www.prowebghana.com/. Chances are very good that J03l also works there since he took courses in web design. See also his background info in the document, he claims to be doing an undergrad in IT.
I guess I'm putting this out there just as a reminder that, like IrishImigrant stated, this lad is much more savvy than your typical one and to be careful. I write and read all kinds of proposals in RL and although this is nowhere near professional standards I or others in may be used to, it's really, really good by lad standards and could easily fool someone with no knowledge of such procedures.
After having read his document, I'm starting to wonder if this guy is not some kind of Robin Hood on the side. He seems to have some legitimate things going on but has decided to play the social avenger for some reason or another. I'm starting to think that he is actually being legit about a partnership with my baiting character. Although some of the content might be cut and paste, most of it seems to have been written by him and a lot of thought put into it; very un-lad like. Any opinions on this? |

The point is, he scams, he dies. The way I see it, he brought it on himself, and if we stop baiting him now, he will continue to scam because he'll think there aren't any repercussions. |

Hans, his format is probably copied from some document or documents he found on the web, as a whole or in sections put together. He's a liar and a thief, professionally. Everything he's told you is a big fat whopper of a lie, and everything he does has just one purpose: to put someone else's money into his pockets. You know all this already of course, but I was just getting the feeling you're reading something more into it than that. |

The proposal reminds me of some stuff from that little prick M0ses Uz5m5, who ran a fake foundation against some kind of violence, and also of the idiotic ARK, who was hawking a business plan for L1m0bia 0il. Actually, ARK's was much better, as it actually was prepared by some MBA-type consulting firm (it was still shit, though).
You're right, though, J0el's English is better than that of most lads, and I think he probably is a college student. I've chatted with him, and he denounced me as a scammer  My take is that he looks forward to a mediocre career in IT but hopes to hit it big by scamming. He's still a scumbag. |

Even if he is copying from elsewhere, he's busy for me and that's all I want from him, his time and resources. Trying to set up a safe phone so he can spend some money on me too, but my sound card is fighting me
With his knowledge I thought it was wise to re-install a computer under my characters name and only write him from there, just to get the right signs out to him. He is willing, but very careful so I play this slow and safe.

IMO this is the most intelligent scammer NTBS has ever called so far. He sounds nice and quite a good buddy, exactly like my next door neighbour would sound (if I lived in an English speaking country, which I unfortunately do not), like a student or indeed any twen or the guy you would like to meet for a convo in a cafe or pub. He is intelligent. Too bad he is a criminal. Really, too bad.
