Is it possible that the link has been changed by pasting the mail here.
Because as far as I can see VR-Networld really belongs to the bank.

Anyway, in Germany I never used online-banking, and I don't even have an account in that bank.

Overall this pretty much just looks like a phishing-mail targeted at Germans.
You surely don't see it as much as phishing for English banking-sites, but it's not that uncommon too.

These guys also learn, and they know that most of the time they won't be successful in Germany when they claim to be Barkleys or <fill-in-name-of-random-non-german-bank-here>.

And as many people in Germany also are not very familiar with English, and especially would never expect an English mail from their bank, spammers also have to evolve and adjust to the "needs" of their victims.

Like root says, it's a phish; we don't deal with these here.

If you can find an addy for the spoofed bank, I would just forward it to them and let them deal with it.
