Due to some RL shite, I lost contact with Philip for a few weeks, but thanks to Marvinator, have resurrected and rinsed and repeated.

Dear Mr. Zacharides,

You have been in contact with Robert O'Keeffee arranging Insurance Cover for the Ireland All Terrain and Bog Riders Club.

It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that Robert died last month in Switzerland following an accident while participating in a mountain bike competition.

His death has caused great shock to the IATBRA Association, and due to his many business ventures, it has taken us some time to sort his office files. Unfortuantely, due to his business and financial background, all of his computer files have been encrypted, and until his estate is settled, the computer files are sealed by order of his executors.

We have found some correspondence between you and Robert that he had printed out, and he was extremely active in promoting your Insurance Company in the months prior to his tragic death, We have been unable to find any policy documents that you may have sent to him, they may well be in his computer files, but until the executors release the encryption key, we are unable to open them.

Due to Roberts position as President of the Association, the Annual General Meeting that was scheduled for October was postponed, while we attempted to piece together Roberts thoughts and future plans for the Association.

Would it be possible for you to forward Policy Documents and costings to me as soon as possible, we have rescheduled the AGM for the 5th of December at the Dingle Conference Centre and I would like to promote Roberts last request for your Insurance Company at the AGM

I have attached a newspaper clipping concerning Roberts death to this email.
