I would certainly be wary of it- 1 year registration and the info on their FAQ page just doesn't sound kosher, and google gives this interesting link:

Phone is unregistered and takes you to a recorded message. Says the school started in January although the site was created in 2006.

Ohh, it's been awhile but are there only two semesters in a school year? The site says three.

Stewart University contacted a friend of mine.
They wanted him to help set up their website.
He looked at what they already had and declined their offer.
Stewart was also unwilling to pay my friend but would "profit share" with him later.
