Poor Juan. He has really fallen on hard times since he came to the US via the back door from Colombia. Picking those coffee beans in Alabama just doesn't pay the same as it did in Colombia.
But not to worry, the good folks at [email protected] are hiring inexperienced hotel workers at competetive wages! All you need is a PASSPORT, very little experience, and a willingness to accept paid travel to and accomodations in Montreal for an interview.
Unless, of course, you're a poor (illegal) migrant worker with no passport and a very sick daughter who needs all kinds of expensive medicine.
Then, you get to pay $215 CDN for a "UN Traveler's document" (in lieu of a passport) the nice lad is willing to provide.

Thanks for your mail, then i go to the UN office here in canada for the certificate, then they required some charges which i provide and try to let them know that is our applicant who like to come and work with us here.
Then they said that i must pay amount of 215 canadian dollars. |
Maybe Juan can negotiate for just making a down payment on the documents if he skimps on some medicine this month? (no)
Wonder if they'll charge extra for the daughter's papers? (haha) Maybe they'll offer to send the UN Travel Certificate if he sends the $215? (duh)
Don't you just love these lads? |
