picked up last weeks copy of the daily mirror in work and a full page spread on scammers and a section within the editorial on this site

here

have done a search and it hasnt been mentioned.have got the full page spread but its just full of numerous scam e mails that we all are accustomed to now

I saw that in the paper (a neighbour brought it round to me). It was that bad I didn't even mention it myself!

This can't be real. It's the worst written, and the worst researched article i've ever read.

You can't end an article with that... where's the conclusion?

Where's the body of this article? They give one example of a 'bait' that gives no information about the craft whatsoever, and then end it on that.
It reads like a 12 year olds english coursework he wrote on his hand on the bus to school.

Seriously it's the worst thing i've read for a long while. And these guys write for a living...

Okay this has annoyed me now. Maybe i should send them an email offering my opinion of their article. It was so bad it was actually offensive to read.

All publicity is good publicity, I reckon, as long as they expose scams and they don't criticise scam-baiting, even spam-baiting. Cool

umm shiver, the member who submitted that picture - would it not be copyright to here? therefore the mirror should have "asked permission" before reproducing art in there paper in whole or in part lol.

I wouldn't worry about the bad journalism. The Mirror is a rag anyway. Unlike "The Sun" and "The Star" which are quality papers and always report on the kind of things we want to know, like David Beckham's newest hairstyle and which (non)celebrities were drunk last weekend.

Failure to notice the rampant sarcasm in this post will result in a severe taunting.
