Trouble is, it'll cost you more than $4.65 to send that to him. Otherwise, I might find it sorely tempting to send it.
(If there were a way to wire a lad 25 cents without it costing what it does, I'd probably have sent a few quarters over by now). |

I once had the IRS send me a notice I owed them .13 (13 cent,s).
I ignored it,,,,a few months later ,,,,,same notice,,,,same amount,,,,,cost them (at the time 52 cents to mail both,,,,,go figure. |
