My consignment ended up in Jakarta which is definitely a place I know very, very well.

So...last night I called a buddy of mine who is the GM of a 5 star hotel in Jakarta. I asked him if he wanted to have some fun with a 419 scammer.
I told the GM my Lad's name (Dr. Upward...the GM laughed his ass off at that!) The GM agreed to the fun and said he would handle the whole thing.

I had no idea what he would do but the Lad's response kinda says it all.

The set-up...

My Lad was in Bogor, Indonesia according to his IP. My Lad also confirmed he was in Bogor. He also had a Telkomsel Indo Prepaid SIM number. Bogor is a 2 hour, US$40 dollar cab ride from Jakarta.

My character had the Lad on YIM last night at 3am Indo time last night. I told the Lad that I was dispatching our Ministry rep from Singapore sometime today and that the envoy would call him today.
I asked the Lad if he was familiar with the and the Lad said "his security company office was nearby!" Shocked

I told the Lad the envoy would call him when he arrived at the hotel.

(The is a 5 Star, gorgeous lobby place type of place. I just knew the Lad would stand out like a sore thumb in the place on a Sunday morning. He best have a suit on or security would be staring him down like a wounded animal.

So...I set the alarm for 7am this morning my time. That was 6am Lad time. That gave my Lad (and me) no more than 2 hours sleep since our YIM session.

I skyped out to my Lad's mobile as the envoy and blasted him. He was dead asleep. I told him I was the envoy from Singapore and that I arrived at the in Jakarta.
I wouldn't let the Lad get in a word edgewise and I gave him 30 minutes to get to the hotel and deliver the $14 million. I was ruthless. I also knew it would take at least 2 hours to get to the Mulia but I was demanding that he get there in 30 minutes.
All I could hear the Lad say was "I'm on my way. I coming now." Laughing

I went back to sleep.

Guess what...mission accomplished!!!

I just got this from my Lad.

So I guess the GM paged Dr. Upward. Then told him that Mr. Lovelad was waiting for him. He then had security escort him to what he thought was a meeting room but instead it was the back door of the hotel where the garbage is collected... Laughing

I'm sending my GM buddy a big bottle of JW!!! From duty free of course!!!

Can I have half a pith helmet? Laughing

I would set the mugu up again.

This time tell the mugu that you will meet him at the hotel restaurant for lunch. Tell the mugu to order. and dont' worry you will pay for the meal.

I a sure this time he will end up inside the bumpsters or in Jail Laughing

I would have to agree that a return trip to the hotel is quite necessary. Profusely apologize for his shabby treatment, and tell him that you have given a slap to the hotel management for their actions towards him.

Nah...cannot do that to the GM and his customers.
I called my Lad again this morning at 7am just before I went to the office. It was 6am Lad time.

He was groggy and barely breathing.
I began slapping the crap out of him for NOT showing up for the meeting yesterday. I slapped him for stealing my funds. I slapped him for being a lazy assed sleepy head. All I could hear was "OK, OK, OK."
I then went into a rant about having an investigator on his ass and tracing his e-mails and mobile phone number. All I could hear was "No! Daddy No." I had to hang up as I was about to lose it with laughter.
