I went out of town for a few days, so Joe had an adventure.

Have you ever used a bank, Tijani? Presumably not, so let me explain it very carefully:

1. When a bank transfer is made, the money is transferred from one bank account to another bank account.

2. The bank account that receives the money now has that money in that account!

3. And because that money has arrived in that account, it is 100% obvious that it was sent there.

4. Therefore, no little pieces of paper are needed.

Well, the Shiz never gave Mrs. Martin's rank and serial number so the transfer was not made. And Joe is not a happy camper.
