Well you could let one go through so he thinks the money is on the way. Than draw him out for a while than tell him the money came back to your account as there is a problem with the account he sent to you. Tell him your bank said for him to go to his bank. That way the ball is in his court.

Than you can demand a new account and find another way for that one to get screwed up as well!

Of course there is always the dollar chop!!!!!

To build on this, tell him you are having your bank retry the transfer and get a little more time out of it.

Hi, wow we are having a tough time completing this transaction. I was hoping to get your money sent an easier way but a bank transfer isn't easy. This bank account you gave me is classified as a suspicious account by my bank and the transfer was not sent. Or rather the transaction was declined according to my banker. Perhaps I should go back to Western Union.

Any ideas?
