Hello Newman,

Amex is fine - since we have a restaurant on site, I can do that through the food services. You'll just see it come through as a restaurant charge, if that's OK.

4 more for me after problems with payments needing manual authorisations and him "having problems speaking to his bank".

2323 - CVV 638 - £750 charged as requested.
1466 - CVV 638 - Declined invalid CVV.
0148 - CVV 101 - £500 charged.
8524 - CVV 716 - Declined, card cancelled.

ETA: Just realised that these 4 cards take me over 400

in total.

Card #4766 has been charged the final amount, so you're all set! Due to recent fraudulent activity on Moneygram/Western Union transactions, we are no longer using those services and have been advised that no real businesses are using them any more either. Kindly forward your travel agent's bank account information and I'll make the transfer. You might also want to let your agent know the word is out here in the US that legitimate companies are no longer using money transfer services.

He's sulking now and has accused me of cancelling payments as he didn't do it.

I've told him that it's not my fault he is in financial difficulty and can't manage his finances properly and that I'll cancel the reservation and refund him.

Refunded a fer payments back to cards ad told him the rest are blocked, lets see if he comes up with another Closed lad accounts

Just informed him the last account didn't work. He begged to differ. I told him perhaps his agent says the account is OK, but that's not what the bank is saying, so he might want to question the agent.

ETA he did send the Turkish account to me as well. Anyone else having problems with that account? I probably would, if the cards weren't constantly being reversed...

I suspect this is affecting your cards as well. The following cards had their transactions reversed:

29 Sept, #0644 - $1500
30 Sept, #1493 - $1000
30 Sept, #4001 - $1000
30 Sept, #4197 - $1500

This sucks ass. I know I'm dealing with having to call every automatic payment I ever made and explain why my credit card is bouncing, and i have to give them the new card numbers. Thankfully no charges were made against my cards. I urge you to check with your bank to be sure you're not a victim of theft!

Anyway, we're $1000 below your booking fee, and $8500 below your target. Let me know how to procede from here.

Checking in - has anyone heard from Newman lately, or did he twig/run out of cards?

I last heard from him on Oct 4, simply asking me to send remaining funds. Informed him he was at a deficit after numerous cards were reversed, and would he like to build that up again? No word since... Rolling Eyes
