One of my characters received the following email from the lad.

Hello Man Of God
i want you to do a favor for me, i want you to send me your Bank Account details, one of our customer want to pay for his fee but he said he did not know any thing about post office service i don't want any mistake, so please i need your help send me your Bank Account after you have receive the money then you notify us then send it to us via Postal service along with yours.
(the customer is from AUSTIN United State so it will reflect fast okay)
Tanks for your understanding, i declare God Favor upon your ministry in Jesus name Amen(i know you will not disappoint me)

Sounds to me like a baiter trying to get a bank account. Anyone here? To the best of my knowledge all his accounts have been closed, as he is now requiring the money be mailed to him.

It's a possibility that it is a baiter, but it could be a victim, too. In one of my first baits, I became a "fake mule" for the lad. I provided a fake bank account and asked who I would receive the money from. The lad was kind enough to cough that info up along with complete details. I passed it on to the Mods and the victims were warned.

That was probably one of my characters. He lives really far from the town and it is a PITA for him to drive in just to go to the post office. Just calling his banker and asking for a bank to bank transfer is so much easier. He lives in a very remote part of Montana, though, and not Austin. This lad is just getting confused.

(My character is also confused by EMS. As recommended by another baiter here, he thinks that EMS means "early menstrual syndrome" and he wants nothing to do with that. His wife gets it all the time, especially when my philandering character meets someone new.)
