It may interest you to know that it was on your request that I send a scanned copy of the receipt I was issued at the hospital to you. Although we discovered that the receipt issuer had ticked a wrong column in omission of the bills for blood transfusion, this was what i have corrected several years later.

I asked this same question you are asking and was informed that several events have taken place in the hospital and should neither expect to get the same receipt booklet nor same issuer, this I realized with common sense as a fact despite being the hospital debtor.

This facts are true and verifiable from the hospital, to that effect it does not make it FAKE, more so, with all due respect I wish to take exception to your choice of words that I claim to have had an accident.

It either means you still have doubts or you have a personal problem with me, I am a man with integrity and I do not wish my enemy what I have experienced and this humiliation you are putting me through.

I have observed with kin interest your regards to the funds made available to me through you and you are leaving me no option than to think of writing directly to the association board, I urge you to keep all our correspondence as I am being forced to tender them to the board and God.
