This lad has a very annoying manner about him,I have not taken payment yet but you can bet your life it will not be much.

You're not missing anything - He's slow as hell. He wrote to the Koreans 9 hours ago asking if they were "in the office right now" and was told they are, but still hasn't provided another card to them.

I'm done with collecting credit cards from this slowcoach lad. Gonna give him 24hrs to pay the outstanding before cancelling and refunding. Here's hoping that he has a bank account or two to be zapped Twisted Evil

There's no material, so a summary.

Lad is a CC lad - he has a supply of stolen credit card details that he is trying to make money on by placing orders and then asking for money to be sent to a fake shipper. His hope is that the money will be sent to the fake shipper before the cardholders notice the fraudulent transactions and have them reversed.

We offer him imaginary goods and collect the CC details and report them so the cards can be cancelled. Each card the lad supplies will have cost him money (perhaps $15 - $20 per card), so the more he uses without getting a return the less profitable his scam is and the more angry he will get with his card supplier for selling him bad cards.

We slowly build him to his order total by rejecting cards and taking partial payments and then when he reaches the total, we request a bank account, which is also reported. Then we start reversing transactions on earlier cards so that he has to provide more cards.
