To add to what Razor said, a new phone number is a good way to tell. If they travel from, let's say, Nigeria to Chad and they have a new Chad number when they "arrive", then they are probably in Chad. Some countries, like Chad, use a lot of satelite IPs. So, it's hard to confirm safaris with IPs. |

I agree Simba- nothing is more hash than the reading of a lad chat whilst stredded. That is why I enjoy them so much. That is the one thing that prevents inevitable baiter burnout. |
