I rarely take part in mass baits, but when I do, it doesn't affect the time I spend on my other baits.
Because with a mass-bait, you're normally passed a warm lad, I always straight bait them. This takes a fraction of the time it would to deal with my other lads who I try to get on more elaborate modalities.
So I don't see the harm as it's not taking my attention away from any other lad.

I am relatively new to all this and I have been involved in a few mass baits.

So far I believe I have learnt more from the mass baits than the one off baiting.

Since the DDos attacks the romance section has been quiet so I have had a dabble with a few other scams.

My favourite so far has to be Dennis Rodman in the hitman mass bait.

Quite by chance I have infiltrated his scamming and in a coordinated effort we seem to all be inflicting plenty of pain which is not about to stop just yet.

At the moment between us we have at least one, but I think a few more bank accounts.

We have had numerous visits to WU and money gram

And a safari (at least one) is almost certain

All the while I have learnt more than every other lad combined and I know others are learning as well.

I dont find this true at all, personally I am just as happy for any of the other baiters involved to get the safari, bank account or death threat (keep in mind it is a hitman bait and we are all getting plenty of those), the recognition I give myself for playing a roll and the baiting education I get and share is reward enough for me.

Sure I would like to have some of those wonderfull icons in my signature line, but the more I can learn off the others in a mass bait the more likely it is I can get some pith hats for myself in a one off bait later.

I dont want to end up with splinters my ass but I can see the OPs point, but while we continue tending to our other one off pets I dont see the problem

You know, after thinking about it, I have been a part of a mass bait. I organized one a while back for my lad Kenny Olawale. I was his oga and I was teaching him how to scam. I gave him a list of magas. This lad spent so much time doing everyone's bidding. He was spending vast amounts of times getting documents made and everything. He spent over $100 getting forms made. He traded his couch for a goat. Yes, you read that right. I never could have convinced this lad to do that by myself.

In conclusion, we made this one lad's life absolutely dreadful. I never could have done that on my own. So, it really has its advantages. Don't discount it just because there are other lads out there. Personally, I would rather make life a living hell for one lad than slightly inconvenience a few more.

I am of the opinion that it makes zero difference whether you are baiting a lad solo or as a part of a mass bait.
At the end of the day you are wasting time, so think of it as mugu minutes....
The more minutes you waste the less real scams they are running.

100 baiters each baiting 3 different lads wastes say 300 lad minutes
100 baiters each baiting 2 different lads and one mass bait wastes 200+100 lad minutes

or to put it another way...
Cutting 100 lads productivity by 1% each is the same as cutting one lads productivity by 100% (or thereabouts)

Mass baits do tend to get the baiter's riled up and looking for blood which cant be a bad thing, but if every bait was a mass bait then that would be a waste of time.
Save the mass baits for either entertaining (hitman baits) or the really evil bastards who we want to target and hit hard.

Well it didn't work Jojo, I will get my own one day.

On a serious note, there is no way I would be having the same success with our hitman if it wasn't a massbait.

He has so far given me the email addy of a victim (Baiter as it turns out but he doesn't know that) and I hope to get more from him, (perhaps even a real vic WE could save) I hope to get an insight into how they operate and I hope to play a part in making his life hell, I want to learn from him, I want him to teach others and I want to teach him how to be a bankrupt scammer.

We are definately on the way to achieve this and I know that I dont have the experience to do all of that by myself

I fail to see the issue. Most people involved in mass baits are doing other baits as well. And many of us are baiting the same lads without even knowing it, outside of organized mass baits anyway. There's plenty of room for different preferences and styles, and all approaches waste lads time and make them less trusting (and less likely to successfully scam a real victim). That's what counts, isn't it?

Mass baits = good.
One-on-one baits = good.

Any bait that wastes a scammer's time and potentially makes him leary of real victims is a good thing.

I do "reverse mass baits", where I will have 50-100 mugus on the hook simultaneously, each of them receiving the same inane series of e-mails. Sometimes I can keep them responding to 4-5 times before they give up on me. Some of the more stupid ones, who keep responding, evolve into individual attention baits.

A great example of how my baiting was improved. I sent every photo of "me" I had to Kenny. He wanted more and I could forgot the name of the AV star. So I now have a whole new "me" with 20 times the photos.
