After another exchange of "bla, bla" words, I try to initiate "The Action":
Quote:
Good morning Mr. Nri,

It is true what you say, or try to cheat me?
I would like more details, because I have scheduled a pleasure trip (Safari trip) in a national park in Benin. It's about National Park of Pendjari.
It will happen over two-three weeks and I would like to meet you. Now I'm at the stage of drawing all travel details with my turism agency. I want stay there for a long period (minimum one month).

We have a group of two men and four young women, so we can have fun well.
We want to see wild animals, we want to walk everywhere and, generally speaking, we want to feel good. Money does not matter, just the fun and excitement.
If you want to meet me, I will pay for your expenses there and I will make all necessary arrangements (accomodations, booking, transportation, all food & beverage).

Waiting for your answer.
Col. Eduard S. Vasilescu

The lad:
Quote:
Attn: Col Eduard,

Re:Your compensation payment.

It is completely true the ATM card is real and ready for immediate use. Yes i will be very glad to meet you when you come to Benin Republic if you make me the offer which include taking care of all expenses as you proposed, it will be my pleasure to spend time with you and your friends and get to know you better for our mutual benefit.

The card will work at any ATM machine in your country that accept master and visa cards. You can also use the card to make payment for goods and services through POS terminals in shopping malls and other places, the card will pay you in your local currency, it will also be used in any country where their ATM machines accept master and visa cards. The good thing is that because the cards (master and visa) are used almost in all the countries of the world it pays you in the currency of any country that you are.

Meanwhile since you will be coming to Benin in two or three weeks time it will not be wise to come to Nigeria and then come back to Africa in three weeks time. I will suggest that we send the card to you through government accredited courier company so that you can use the card at least once in your country because it will be activated automatically after first withdrawal in your country making it possible for you to use it in another country when you travel. The card must be used within the next 7 working days in your country for full and proper activation.

I will give you details of the delivery on your favorable reply to this proposal. I will also talk to the government accredited courier company to find out details of the delivery to your country including delivery time schedule, cost of service and security.

Me:
Quote:
"Yes i will be very glad to meet you when you come to Benin Republic if you make me the offer which include taking care of all expenses as you proposed, it will be my pleasure to spend time with you and your friends and get to know you better for our mutual benefit."

YES, of course!

- All your expenses will be my job, not yours! You will be my guest, and as I already said... All arrangements for this pleasure trip will be my responsibility, without any question!
- Your job will be just to get up there (evident only after I'm done all bookings and after I will give you all the necessary data). I will pay for all your expenses including the way that you do, but I will need all your travel documents (bus tickets, train tickets, other receipts, etc).
- You will definitely have a serious job to do there, because our european girls have heard great things about "big" African men ... I hope that you understand me! We are two men and four girls, so precisely that you have to do "a lot of work".

Regarding ATM card, obviously it is pointless to come up there specifically for that.
Can you bring it with you, when we will meet. Of course I will pay all necessary fees, this represents no problem for me.
However, a Safari trip to cost me more than 10,000 euros.

Yours,
Col. Eduard S. Vasilescu

A lot of "bla, bla" words... and BUM, the request for payment:
Quote:
Attn: Col Eduard,

Re:Your compensation payment.

The card must be activated within the next 7 days hence the best option will be to send the card to you in your country to activate and start making withdrawals with the ATM card. Meeting in Africa is not a problem. Meanwhile the delivery of the ATM card to you in your country will take 4 days, the delivery and security fee is only $375.

I will direct you on how to make payment for the courier fee so that the card will be dispatched out to you without any further delay.

Regards,
Mr.Michael Nri.

Me, innocent 100% :
Quote:
My dear Michael,

You must keep the card in your pocket until we see, because I'm on my autumn vacation.
Together with the group to which I told you, we do a sea cruise with a nice Schooner ... we eat, drink and make love.
I think you'll like our little happy group! Especially the girls... Hahaha!

Now we are somewhere between Nassau and Turks & Caicos, besides Cuba.
We come home in 3 weeks and go on safari to Africa/Benin.

Enjoy life, because is too short!
Col. Eduard Vasilescu

It's not good:
Quote:
Attn: Col Eduard,

Re:Your compensation payment.

The only problem is that the ATM card must be activated in your country within the next 7 days. By the time you will arrive Africa it will be late and the card will be redundant. You have to try and find a way to get the card before your arrival date.

Regards,
Mr.Michael Nri.

Me:
Quote:
Dear Michael, fuck the card and fuck the deadline.
Life is life! Make love, not war, right?
I have more money than they I can spend on three lifes, not in a single one.

Now, I'm on blue sea, somewhere between sunshine and tropical islands ... all the girls are half naked.
All I can pay here is only drink and food.
There are no banks, no nothing ... just sun, water and beautiful girls.
You'll see! You know them!
If you can, pay fucking comision card and I'll give you all money when we see at the Safari.
If you can not resolve, give up and give it hell.

Yours, Col. Eduard Vasilescu

The lad, sad and angry:
Quote:
Call me i will like to talk to you before doing what you asked from me.

Me, innocent 200% :

Dear Michael,

I'm not asking you to do anything if you do not want. Remember that!
You have searched me, and not vice versa!
For me, that card is one of dozens that I already have. Fuck cards, fuck banks, fuck credits, fuck loans, fuck everything!

Over three weeks, I'm going to Safari in Benin ... if you want, I will paying for your trip with our group of cheerful girls and young boys. Without obligations for you!
If you get there you can meet a girl, maybe two... eat and drink with us, walk and see the animals ... we search for an African friend who knows everything there.

If you can not come, there is no problem. How old are you? Are you married?
As I already said, we have 4 girls with us and we quickly find another lover of fun.

Friendly, Eduard

One week of silence... I sent some "random googled" pictures of girls on a yacht: Laughing
Quote:
Dear Michael, good morning!

Lisa, one of the girls, said they would like to meet you and he's excited to see you.
Do you want to send a picture of you? It is not mandatory, but they would like to see you.
She expects a picture of you with a customized phrase (her wants to feel that you did the picture for her exclusive.

I don't know, maybe one phrase like: "For Lisa, one of the girls of Colonel Vasilescu, with my love!"
What do you think? It sounds pretty good?

Friendly, Col. ES Vasilescu

Nothing happened... after 2 days, me, again... I send him another one random picture from google:
Quote:
From Lisa, to Michael, manny kissesl! She still awaiting your picture.

We begin to put the head-compass to Mediterranean Sea.
If we do not catch any storm, I predict a short 2 weeks trip on the sea, by to Constanta (our port)
Then, in late of November, I hope we are already on the way to the National Park of Pendjari - Benin.

Please think well and please confirm me your participation at the Safari trip.
It will be a 3-4 weeks vacation, so maybe you need to arrange something in advance (at your office).
Eventually, you can come only for a few days of fun (on a weekend) ... it's your choice, but please let me know in advance.
So I can make all necessary arrangements.

Honor and courage!
Col. ES Vasilescu

The lad, imperturbable:
Quote:
Attn: Col Eduard,

Re:Your compensation payment.

Am fine every thing is OK. In your last email you said it will take about a month before you will get to Benin republic, i still advise that you make plans for the delivery of the ATM card to you through courier service so that you can start making use of the card after you have activated it in your country.

This is the best option for you because you have to activate the card in your country before you can use it any other place

Me, innocent 300% :
Quote:
Hello Michael,

I'm glad to hear you, and Lisa too.
Yes, in about 2-3 weeks we expect to arrive in the port of Constanta.
Then perhaps, very soon, will we leave for Benin, where we want to stay the whole month of December.

You had time to think about my proposal? Would you like to join us this holiday season?
I must know what to tell to my travel agent. If you say YES, then he will contact you personally for about holiday arrangements.
As I said already, I'll pay for everything.

That ATM Card, anyway, I will not use up through January, maybe February... so there is no point to rush at all.
Yours,
Eduard - The Mongolian

He trying to ask me money for travel:
Quote:
You arrival date is noted. If i have to join you to personally deliver the ATM card to you then you should make plans now for my flight ticket to Benin Republic. I have to book the ticket on time to be able to get a sit with December 1-3.

Considering that December time tickets are very scarce and expensive it will be better to buy it now. If you permit me i will talk to a traveling agent to know much my return ticket will cost so that you will make the money available immediately. The earlier we buy the ticket the cheaper but if we delay all sits for December may be booked up in advance which means i may not be able to come again.

Regards,
Mr.Michael Nri.

Me, innocent 400% :
Quote:
Hey Michael, how are you?

Lisa is very happy that you come and get to know her. I hope you know that she is still waiting for apicture of you!
A picture Michael, a simple picture with you... with a simple written phrase, especially for Lisa. Get the picture and send to us. Lisa is waiting you!

I have to attend your booking and I ask my travel agent to contact you as soon as possible.
In what period you want to join us? All the december month? Full period, half period?
I'm need to know exactly, for Pendjari booking.

I want to ask you to leave my ATM card at your office and send it directly in my country, after we will see and after I give you all the money.
I have nothing to do with him in Benin and I do not want to have care of them.

No matter the price of fly, bus, train, whatever tickets, because we don't have money problems. Thank you, Lord!
Michael, for God sake, is our vacation and we need to feel good! Relax and enjoy!

Eduard

The lad:
Quote:
I will arrive a day after your arrival in Benin. I will spend at least a week with you. Meanwhile it will not make any sense to buy the flight ticket in your country when it will be cheaper and easier to buy it from Nigeria.

If you want me to send the ATM card directly to your country then i shoul;d send it immediately there wont be any need to wait until after you come to Benin. If it will wait then you will have to go back with it but if it will send to you then it is better i send it before your arrival so that you will activate it before coming to Benin.

I will only be able to send the ATM card to your address after you have paid the courier delivery fee. i have giving the cost of that before so all you have to do is use the details i sent to you to send thesend the fee through money gram or western union. I will dispatch your ATM card to you immediately after i get the fee.

Me:

Good morning, Michael!

The ship engine is definitely broken, so we expect a new one... this means at least 4-5 days delay from the original plan.
As such, I took the girls and I went to London ... you do not want to know what time it is awful here and what prices are in stores !!!
Jesus Christ, I thought that Paris is the most expensive city, but I was wrong. London is 2 times more expensive, at everything.

I'm going to look for a Western Union and make payment. I'll return with the receipt.
You were contacted by my travel agent to confirm the holiday program for bookings of Pendjari Park?

Regards, Eduard - The Mongolian

The lad, very, very angry:

The details once again.

Receivers name: CHETAMU OKPORO.
Address: 25 CANAL STREET IKOYI, LAGOS NIGERIA.
Test Question: WHO IS GREAT.
Answer: GOD.
Amount: $375.

Send through western union or money gram. Forward to me the senders names, senders address and money transfer reference number as soon as you send the money.

Me, innocent 600% ... I send him a fake Western Union receipt (Deniden, thank you for your wonderful program!)
Quote:
Michael,
I make the payment to the Western Union counter.

- Amount of sum: $375 (I have paid for additional security using Western Union edited service, to be sure that the money will be delivered only to you!)
- You must call at the Western Union S_afe&S_ecure service: +44870765xxxx
- Your PIN number is: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
You must call the S&S PIN number, and you will be asked to enter the 16 digits PIN.
If the entered PIN is correct, the system will call the total amount, currency and payment method used and a human operator will give you all necessary details (MTCN and the payment reference number).

Regards, Eduard

The lad... sad, angry, after hours spent on the phone: Laughing Laughing Laughing
Quote:
I have called the number many times and keep getting the same response. I got to the point where i am asked to enter the 16 pin number, i did and was asked to press 1 and again asked to press 2 after i was asked to enter the 16 digit pin number again. I did this many times but could not get a response that lead me to the place where i will get the mtcn.

I advise you get the mtcn and other details and send to me. I will not call the number again because it does not lead to expected result.

and
Quote:
I was online for 47 minutes waiting until a female voice came on to give me the mtcn number unfortunately after mentioning 5 figures out of the 10 number the line made some noise and stopped. I called again and after 38 minutes the thing happened again, am tired i cant do that again so find a way to get the money and send it directly or you use money gram.

and
Quote:
Western union here does not understand that system. The whole thing looks funny because after waiting on phone for more than 40 minutes and when they start calling the mtcn after mentioning 5 numbers they will make some loud noise and stop. Every thing about that call seem to be programmed that way moreover all response are from a programmed voice not a live human.

The card have to be send to you or it will be cancelled because we will soon start balancing our book for end of the year general account to know what is what and to be able to defend our budget for next year. It's better you get the card before you arrive hence i will advise you ask western union to suspend the transaction pending when you will come to collect back the money so that you can find a way to send the money today through money gram.

Me, innocent 700% ... one of my favorite replies:
Quote:
Michael, good morning!

This deal, with you, give me many headaches, really!
I don't know what do you people making in yours countries, out there, in West Africa.
The Western Union desk operator told me about internet frauds and various financial scams.
That is why some restrictions were imposed transaction security, to make sure that money goes only to those entitled to receive them.

So, for Moneygram operations there, in HRF countries (high risk of fraud) are 2 (two) ways of securing transactions: Online, or Offline.
a) Online security sesion:
- I put the money on the desk and the operator give me 1 username + 1 password.
- You must login into S&S MoneyGramsystem (I will provide you the link for that operation)
- You must complete some electronic forms (there are required few details, about your personal datas)
- After that, the system will automatically generate a MTCN code.
- You can pick up the money.

b) Offline security sesion:
- I put the money on the desk and the operator give me few printed forms.
- I will scanning these forms and I will send to you.
- You must complete and resubmit to me.
- I will go, with them, to the Moneygram desk and the operator will generate a MTCN (valid ONLY for this transaction).
- I will give you the MTCN and you can pick up the money.
Be careful! At the Moneygram counter you will have to present those forms, so keep a copy.

I want to tell me what option to choose, not to repeat yesterday's story.
Regards, Eduard

The lad, astonished:
Quote:
All this options is new and strange here. Every day money is sent to Nigeria from all parts of the world including London and none have had to go through all this process. Sending money through money gram is as easy as going to money gram agent and fill a form to send the money and instantly a reference number or mtcn is generated there. That is the way it's done and that is the way you should do it if it does not work that way then its not money gram.

You should understand that this process of sending and receiving money from money gram and western union is done every day all over the world and its the same, what you are proposing does not work for us here because no one at the money gram office understand your proposal.

Me, innocent 800% :
Quote:
Michael,

I do not know what to answer you. Really, I do not know!
Maybe it's because I'm a foreigner with a passport issued by another country.
It may have rules about money laundering and terrorism.
I just simply have no idea.
These are their rules, not mine!

I go to lunch with the girls ... you can think and we talk in a few hours.
For me there's no rush because I can give you all the money in Benin.Eduard

The lad, tired of waiting: Laughing
Quote:
Go to the nearest Money gram agent you can find around and tell them you want to send money to a friend in Nigeria. Just tell them you will be going on a holiday to Benin Republic by early next month so you want you friend to join you in the holiday. Tell them the money you are sending to him is for him to prepare and also pay for his air ticket to Benin.

They will give you a form to fill after which you will give them the money you are sending. They will give you a receipt where all the information including the mtcn or reference number will be. This is simple and easy

Me, innocent 900%... I send him another fake receipt, "from the MoneyGram deskcounter":
Quote:
Hello Michael,

I'm sending you a copy of the Moneygram receipt, I hope to be sufficiently for your help.
I don't want you to have any problems with the money, there in Nigeria, so I paid required extra safety tax ($5) and I used their MoneyGram security system.
Shortly, you must logged there in the MG Security Payment System Transfer: http://thexsxpxtxsx.xxxxxxx
Your user is: chetamu okporo
Your password is: eduard
At sender's email address you must write my email: [email protected] (it's just for security reason, because I'm "the Sender").

There are a few confidential questions that you must answer correctly.
After that, the system will automatically generates a codenumber (MTCN). You must remember this MTCN codenumber!
If you do not fill out that form the security of the transaction, the money remains stuck (48 hours) in the system. So, you have 2 days to complete the process.
At the end of the operation, system will generates one MTCN code which only applies to that transfer.
You have to write down that number, remember!
Only you can pick up the money!

Even if you lose the receipt, no one can take the money. So, you're in complete safety!
Ship engine was replaced, so tomorrow morning we leave for Marseille. Yupeeeee!!!!
Now I will accompany the girls to the dinner, and then to the club - for the night program. We talk tomorrow.

Good evening!
Eduard

From yesterday (according to the website that you already know): "chetamu okporo has loaded 24 pages of the form, has spent 6153.603 seconds answering questions (since July 23rd 2013) and has supplied the following answers (since July 23rd 2013):

IPs the lad has accessed this site from: 197.210.25.102" Laughing Laughing Laughing

At the same time, me from another account (travel agent):
Quote:
Good morning, Mr. Nri

I contact you regarding your participation in Colonel Vasilescu's travel group, to Benin, during december'16-january'17.
For organization and efficiency, please tell me the exact period when you want to come.
I will take care of booking and I will send you all confirmations.
You will get all the trip details, when I make the necessary arrangements.
Colonel Vasilescu will pays for everything, but you should keep any receipts / documents required for settlement.

Regards, George

The lad:
Quote:
Dear George,

The date you are proposing is different from what Colonel told me i will advise you reconcile the actual date with Colonel so that i will be well informed when giving you my expected schedule. Meanwhile Benin Republic is a next door country to Nigeria i do not know why Colonel want tom arrange my coming from your end instead of allowing me do it here.

Let me know exactly what details you want from me to arrange the trip.

Regards, Michael Nri.

Me (travel agent):
Quote:
Mr. Nri,

My initial datas (according to the plan made by Eduard Vasilescu):
- Group arrival in Cotonou (Paris - AirFrance): December 02
- Departure to Pendjari Park (with transportation - a bus - provided by Safari company): December 03
- Length of stay in the Park: 30 days
- Return to Cotonou (by Safari company bus): 05 january '17
- Flight to Paris (Air France): 06 january '17

According to the latest news, it looks like Colonel Vasilescu is stuck somewhere with his ship in the port of Marseille (engine failure).
It could not come to Romania, but to go directly there (from France to Benin). Now, everything depends on the ship repair. I do not know more details.

From you, I wait to confirm me your arrival date in Cotonou (if you want to go with the group).
Or, if you come to another period, I must know that for to arrange your transport to the National Park.
Safari-company provide bus transportation to their customers away on the route Cotonou - Parakou - Tanguiéta.
The location of campus is remote in the middle of the National Park Pendjari, so all park customers transportation is provided by the company.

Regards, George

Maybe we can send him on a trip to Benin! ... it's pretty close to Nigeria.Laughing Laughing Laughing

Hehehehe!

Today, after more than 2 week of silence, I receive this message from "Michael", my nigerian guy.
Quote:
How is the holiday going ??

My answer:
Quote:
'morning, Michael!

It is an incredible adventure for us Europeans ... animals, night noise, flora and fauna ... Michael, ALL it is amazing!
Our guide there is a great professional and I'm glad to met her.
We had some problems with the shuttle bus, which broke down somewhere near Parakou and we had to wait for hours until the company sent another car.
But, now, everything is perfect! Food, drink and women, all in an exceptional natural setting.

The Guest Relations Company Manager told me that you have not contacted her yet, although my agent (Minhathurian) confirmed to me that have presented to you all of our scheduling and gave you all the necesarry details for the trip.
Is this true? You want to join us?
Because you know that you have booked a beautiful bungalow and Lisa're still waiting you.

Eduard
Laughing Laughing Laughing

Nota bene: My inspiration was one of the threads from here, which referred to a big safari park (in Benin, Cameroon and other african countries).

The saga continues. Laughing

Michael (the lad)
Quote:
Give me the phone number to contact the Simba Guest house and i will arrange to meet you people immediately.

I used the details found in Simba's old posts (related to " his safari places & his safari company) and I created a new email address.
From there, I sent to the lad all the "details" concerning travel and meeting arrangements.
Quote:
Dear Sir,

Between your 03dec2016-05jan2017 you are expected as special guest at SimbaSafari - PendjariCamp. It has booked a suite for you.

Because the campus is in a remote area of the National Park, all guest transportation is provided by our company, with our shuttle buses .

Meeting points are on route Cotonou (start point) - Parakou - Tanguiéta (end point).
We want you to announce your intention for coming, at least 2-3 days in advance, to ensure that we can arrange and take over.

Best Regards, Gloria Rhodes
Simba Office
--- WE are HERE, just for YOU! ---

The lad, totally distrustful:
Quote:
I dont have any details I dont think anything

Me:
Quote:
"I dont have any details I dont think anything" bla, bla, bla.

Hmm, I have mail confirmation from my travel agent (Minhathurian) + mail confirmation from SimbaTourism company.
Do you like to put people on the roads for nothing? You are a joker, I was already convinced.
You do the same thing, with the fee payment in London. Now, I see things very clear.

Eduard

The lad:
Quote:
You are not in Benin republic if you are there give me number to call and confirm i will be there this weekend.
Laughing Laughing Laughing
Me, the last reply:
Quote:
"You are not in Benin republic if you are there give me number to call and confirm i will be there this weekend."

1) Frankly, you've lied me so many times, so I do not give even 2 cents on your words.
2) You have all the necesarry details for this trip, you know which is travel company, you can contact them directly.
3) I made a reservation for you, I will have to pay for it... BUT, remember, I'm not your travel agent!

You must stop this kind of messages to me. You are not able to give me any orders or directions, because I pay everything and I'm the leader of the group.
If you want to join our group, you are welcome ... if not, no! Not my problem!

Eduard

-------------------------------

So, for now, I think as a phone "from Benin" would be very helpful.
We can arrange something in this regard? Laughing

The lad, pressing:
Quote:
You know why i dont believe you? you refuse to release a phone number starting from your country and now the guest house why are you not ready to talk to me phone or allow me talk to the guest house to be sure you are there?

Me:
Quote:
Michael,

Pendjari National Park is a remote area and there is no phone communication. Everything is done by radio or satellitephones.
I do not understand what you mean with distrust.

You would not send me one picture, to prove that you truly exist.
How can you speak of trust in these conditions?

I'll talk to our guide Persie to see if they have any possibility to talk with Bernie and Rhonda (owners).
I will let you know.
Now we go to Park, to see buffalos and maybe some lions.
We talk tonight or tomorrow,
Eduard

-------------------

Is there any possibility to talk to him, "from Benin"?
To convince him that the group of Col. Edward really is there?
Laughing

- I try to stall.
- I emailed him from our "local" Simba branch (office):
Quote:
Dear guest, Michael,

Eduard told me that You have questions that You want to enlighten with someone from Simba safari company staff.
Here in Pendjari We dont have telephones, because campus it's in the middle of no man's land. Entire area is somewhat isolated, and access is made only by our 4x4cars.
This morning We called our headquarters by radiocomm and I forwarded your request directly to Bernie Rhodes. I hope You will be contacted by someone from the offices there.
If you get here, Me and Marvin Haytor will be your guides, but organizational problems is to talk directly with the Simba central offices.

Nice weather, animals free and long life, this is what I want you here!

NOT!
- He is very suspicious and suspect it's a trickery ... but he is not sure, for nothing. Laughing
- He really wants to talk on the phone with Bernie (or someone else from the staff).

The big problem is that tommorow I go on my Christmas vacation (for 2 weeks), so I will not be able to continue.
However, if someone of you is willing to move forward with this story, I might be able to tell Michael (The Lad) that I'm sick (tropical fever) and that I have to stay longer in bed ... and, the leader of our group remains my friend Mr. Bob. Laughing

Me to Michael:
Quote:
Michael, sorry for the delay.
From few days I am retained in the bed (I have some kind of tropical fever), so our group is leaded by my friend Bob.
I'm very surprised that Bernie did not manage yet to talk to you.

Keep in touch,
Eduard

There's hundreds of reasons why you can be gone for two weeks and pick back up when you return:

- car accident that caused amnesia or a hospital stay
- death in the family
- weather ...

I would definitely pick it back up when I returned from vacation if it were me Wink

It is assumed that my vacation in Pendjari Park is a month lenght. Laughing

"- Group arrival in Cotonou (Paris - AirFrance): December 02
- Departure to Pendjari Park (with transportation - a bus - provided by Safari company): December 03
- Length of stay in the Park: 30 days
- Return to Cotonou (by Safari company bus): 05 january '17
- Flight to Paris (Air France): 06 january '17 "

The problem is I put it to call to the surcharge phone number Laughing ... from 3 times Laughing ... then, I sent it to fill those 50 pages with questions online Laughing ... now, he is very suspicious and he do not believe anything from me. Laughing
He does not do anything until he talks to someone (from Simba staff) on the phone. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Maybe we can resucitate this old story? Laughing Laughing Laughing

- One month ago, I receive a new message from him (in Eduard Vasilescu's inbox)
- I forwarded the message to another account of mine (Bishop Wiliam Adama). Laughing
Quote:
Dear Sir,

I'm Wiliam Adama, friend, bishop and heir of late Eduard Vasilescu.
He died last month in a mission, in Syria. All his messages are automatically forwarded to me until the completion of legacy documents.
What can I do for you?

In the sacred name of our Holy Lamb, be blessed!
+++bishop Adama+++

The lad:
Quote:
Dear Sir,

Mr. Eduard is a beneficiary of an outstanding payment which was approved late last year by the government of Nigeria for immediate release to him.
The money is actually a compensation payment worth One Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars. The money was released through a Debit ATM card as per the choice of Mr. Eduard unfortunately he said he cannot come here to collect the ATM card and opted to receive the card by courier service.

The card was not sent to him eventually because he did not send the courier fee. According to him, he tried to send the money but could not for some reasons, the payment is still valid and the ATM card still here with me pending when he is able to come here to collect it or send the delivery fee that is charged by the courier company to send the card to him.

I am surprised to hear that he is no more. Its so sad, if he is dead as you said and you are his next of kin or his confident that will collect the money then you have to indicate that you are either ready to come here to collect the card or you are ready to pay the courier fee to send the card to you in your country or where ever you wish.

Meanwhile prior to that, you have to convince us that indeed he is dead and you are representing him either as your next of kin or confident.
Regards,
Michael Nri.

Me (as bishop Adama):
Quote:
Dear Sir,

I think you make a great big confusion.
I do not have to convince you nothing because I do not need anything from you.
Our church has enough money, we are an organization that bestows! We NOT required money from anyone!
Last year we established a MUIE Church subsidiary in Mosambique where things are going great, both in the church and the orphanage.

If you have a few minutes to spare, you can see all our MUIE church activities on the website: Misiunea – Biserica Mielului Unic – Independentă și Eternă
This year we want to repeat the action in another African country. Where are you from? In wich country, from wich city?
You think you can make us a serious recommendation? We need a trustworthy & reliable man, a Christian man, who will want "to deal" with all the problems related to the new church building (it's about position of Local Reverend and also Church Project Manager

The lad:
Quote:
Dear Mr. Adama,
I understand your email and your position.

I am from Nigeria and work with the federal government. If you as a christian can tell me something in the name of our lord i will believe you as a fellow christian. The question now is simple, are you ready to receive on behalf of Mr. Eduard the ATM card, if the answer is yes then how do you want to receive it. Do you want to come here to collect it or will you pay the courier fee to send the ATM card to you. Your answer will inform the next action on my side.

Meanwhile your proposal to work with you is a good one unfortunately i will not be able to work with you because as a civil servant and in the position that i am it will not be possible fore me to do the work for you with all the needed attention. This is because my work takes my time and requires my complete attention. If i accept to carry out the job for you i will not have enough time and energy to do it the best way so i advise you look for another person who can do it for you and do it good.

I await your reply on the ATM card.
Regards,
Michael Nri.

Me:
Quote:
Dear my son, dear Michael,

At this moment, all of inheritance documents are not finalized yet, lawyers are still working on the transfer documents for late Eduard's heritage.
I understand your position and I deeply respect. God's way is not for everyone, you're right!
If you know someone who is able to take on such a religious task, I ask you to let me know.
We want to hire a very capable, honest and sincere man. Church money will be handled by that person, so we want to make sure that is the right man.

Be blessed, in the name of our sacred Holy Lamb!
+++bishop Adama+++

The lad:
Quote:
Dear Mr. Adama,

The release of the ATM card to you or any person representing Mr. Eduard does not require the documentation you are talking about. All the transfer documents will come from here and will accompany the ATM card. You will pick the ATM card and the documents if you come here for them or they will be shipped together through courier service.

Unless if you are not ready to receive the ATM card on behalf of him but if you are ready then every thing will be perfected within 24 hours because the approval for the release of the money to him is still valid all that is needed is a little amendment to accommodate you as the next of kin of representative as the case may be.

Regards,
Michael Nri.

Me:

My son,

I am a churchman, I do not do inappropriate things.
When legacy documents will be completed, then I will be able to act as a legatee of late Eduard. Not before!
Do not insist, because it is against my belief that to act otherwise.

We want to build a church there, and I'm not interested in electronic cards (which, in my opinion, are some devilish work).
Be blessed,
+++bishop Adama+++
===

After 2 days, I sent him an "accidentally message":
Quote:
Reverend Obi, we all pray for the soul of Bishop Efiele, and our thoughts ascend to the Holy Lamb.
You, as a gay, will need to writte at least 5 times "Our Father" and 5 times "Ave Maria" as for yours sins as gay souls to be forgiven. And, send it that written prayer to me. It's mandatory!

You already know what big problems we had after the Burkina incident, where we lost because $125,000 of that crook Umukelani Akulembe.
IPS Cardinal Eufrosie revised Code of Regulations of MUIE, so all the church payments are made only after fulfilling all duties towards the church.

However, confidential speaking, I want to tell you that father Chipoka make great pressure from Cardinal Eufrosie that this money to be sent to his project (one orphanage in Peru).
My advice to you, as a brother to another brother of the Faith, is to rush to send all required files... so I can order the last $75,000 payment to you.
If IPS Eufrosie sees that you have met all debt (and there is not much remains), then he will bless the operation and leave the money immediately.

Remember and hurry:
- you have to send me 3 photos, "witness of faith" with the last three parishioners. It's compulsory!
- If it possible, (I know that brother Soso is gone, but maybe he can return) must redo his picture. It's not compulsory, but is advisable!
- written prayers (Ave Maria and Our Father) of 5 times each, for forgiveness. It's not for the Church's bussiness, but for your gay souls! Laughing

In the sacred name of Holy Lamb, be blessed! Yesterday, today, tommorow and evermore!
+++bishop Adama+++

The lad:
Quote:
I dont understand what this is all about??

Me:
Quote:
I'm sorry, I messed posts.

Our Christian mission in Mosambique was robbed by the same Umukelani's gang. The girls from the orphanage were raped, all the church money was stolen.
The bandits have killed our bishop Efiele them beheaded.
Our Local Reverend John Obi disappeared and we do not know anything about him. He may be dead.
Police do not know anything. My message was for him.
Maybe he changed his email address and fled the scene, perhaps he's alive.

In the sacred name of Holy Lamb, be blessed! Yesterday, today, tommorow and evermore!
+++bishop Adama+++

He answered nothing, he not bitten the bait.
So, after 2 weeks (yesterday), I sent him another message:
Quote:
Dear Sir, our Church needs a little help from a local lawyer. You're in Nigeria, if I remember correctly? Are you willing to help us?
In the sacred name of Holy Lamb, be blessed! Yesterday, today, tommorow and evermore!
+++bishop Adama+++

The lad, today:
Quote:
Dear Mr. Williams,

Yes i am ready to assist you with a good lawyer as long as you are ready to take responsibility of his retainer-ship. Kindly let me know what brief you want him to perform for you and i will get a lawyer who is a specialist on that area.

Regards,
Michael Nri.

So, my idea:

- Mosambique MUIE community was destroyed by the people of Umukelani... so, end of story there!
- Pastor John Obi disappeared... but, he suddenly reappeared with another email address... I have available this "new" address of the "new" Obi (john_obi_muie@mail) Laughing
- he ("new" Obi) convinced us (the people from the Church) that he moved in Nigeria and he asked us for money to start a new church.
- we already paid a large sum of money (may be $120,000 ???) and since we do not know anything about Obi.
- we want "advocate" Michael Nri to contact Obi and verify what happened with our money there. We can ask the lawyer (Michael Nri) to contact Obi and possibly to meet with him for to check what stage is the new church construction?

What do you think about this?

- So, I try to start a new bait... a MUIE type bait... It is the same lad (Michael Nri) and another "me".
- In our story we have them on the well-known Rev. Obi and Rev. Onuoha.
- Of course, Umukelani it is also present here. Laughing

Bishop Adama wrote to Michael Nri:
Quote:
Good day Sir and may the Holy Lamb be with you!
Let me explain all of our "african" situation now. I know your time is limited, so I'll try to make it short and concise

- we are a small Christian Church based in Romania.
- besides of the usually church works, we do also charity (we take care of some locale orphanages).
- three years ago, we decided to expand our charity work in other countries, where the people is poor and where people need help.
- obviously we chose Africa and, following some external recommendations, we established a first branch in Tete, Mosambique.
- because the mosambiquan church was a great success, we tried to build another one in Burkina Faso (August, 2016). There, we were cheated (by someone called Umukelani) and we lost all the money ($125,000).
- at the end of last year, our mission in Tete was attacked and robbed by a gang of villains. In all probability, there was about the same band of villains led by Umukelani.
- the local police have not helped us at all, but it seems that the thieves knew exactly where to come and knew exactly that the local bishop Efiele had received some money from Romania.
- we do not have many details, but we know that Efiele was killed (beheaded) and some girls were raped (near the church was an orphanage, led of us).
- the second man in command of Tete church was Reverend John Obi, who suddenly disappeared after the attack. His phone was locked and his mailbox return some undeliverable "error" message.
- in the first days of January 2017, we was contacted by Rev. Obi (from another new email address) and he said us that he fled from Mosambique (reasoned that Umukelani's gang chasing him to kill. Obi and bishop Efiele were gay and living together, so his explanation seemed so real).
- his new location was in Nigeria and and he proposed us to resume our Lord's work there.
- he introduced us to a man of his confidence (Rev. Onuoha), so we easily resumed. Our Church sent some money ($120,000) there and everything was done suddenly.
- Obi does not respond to any of our messages or to our phone calls. We do not know what happened there and I fear everything worse.
- we know his new e-mail address and we have some materials that he sent to us (it's some official letters from some local Nigerian authorities - our Church was authorized to operate there and to buy land for new construction).

We want you to try to contact Rev. Obi and just verify what happened with our money there. Maybe, if it's possible, to meet with him for to check what stage is the new church construction?
We can put at your disposal all the details (materials received, Obi's address, phone number and physical address of the new building).

You think you can help us?
Obviously, your services will be invoiced and paid.

In the sacred name of our Holy Lamb, be blessed!
+++bishop Adama+++

Ok, we are IN. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Michael Nri, to bishop Adama (Subject line is "Can we talk on phone?"):
Quote:
Dear Adama,

Having carefully read your email i am pushed to sympathy and compelled to accept your brief. If all that you said in the is exactly what happened then i want to say that there must be a syndicated network of people working against the progress of the work. I will find out the truth and will reveal it the way it is.

Kindly provide me with all details of the said Mr. Onuoha and every other person involved in the Nigeria project. Include the address where they said the project is taking place, their present phone number and all details you have of him.

Regards,
Michael.

I was thinking to send him to:
- the two documents (above),
- the two ID card (Obi and Onuoha),
- Obi's email address (in fact, my address Laughing ),
- Obi's gay photo + Onuoha photo (as reverend).

We need a "nigerian" phone (for Obi).

What do you think?
What area we can declare as "place address for construction"?... Maiduguri? Laughing Laughing Laughing

Later edit:

So, that I could gain some time, I introduced a new character... yeap, the well known father Nectarie. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Bishop Adama to the lad:
Quote:
Good evening and thank you for your support!

I will forward your email to our general secretary of the MUIE Church, father Nectarie.
He will personally contact you and he will send you all the materials that the MUIE Church received from John Obi.
It's ok for you? I can do it?

I am responsible for the orphanages and church charity activities and only my special connection with the late Eduard brought me in contact with you.
But, all Church documents are in the care and responsibility of father Nectarie. It is his duty to clarify all these issues!

In the sacred name of our Holy Lamb, be blessed!
+++bishop Adama+++

Bishop Adama to father Nectarie (the lad is in CC)... of course, original text is in Romanian:
Quote:
Brother Nectarie, I ask you to get in touch with Mr. Michael Nri and to explain all the details of the story with Nigeria and the payment of $120,000.

Please send all documents and photos that can clear up the problem.
Mr. Michael Nri is lawyer and he will try to verify the real story with Rev. Obi and Rev. Onuoha.

God bless you!
Adama

So if this is going to be a safari bait, what is the incentive to make him move and where should he go to?
