Skype usually catches love scam lads but this time refugee boy came to my fake ID. The boy claims that he is from Congo and in refugee camp at Accra. IP matches to his location anyway.

My character, Me from Tokyo Japan at late 50's and works as office worker. She says her English is not good, but when start interact with the brat, improved and if questioned by the lad, probably replies as her friend helping her writing.

The guy name Simon is said to be Me's friend in Singapore but travelling in Shanghai right now. Now, why Me's English so bad but able to communicate with Simon? Answer is they communicate in Chinese language. This is something I do not tell the lad. And I think the lad world assumes people who do not speak English well is less educated. This is a kind of fake out to let lad believe my character is not well educated.

Person without valid passport is able to enter my country. There is law and regulation considering the refugees. You have to follow all these steps. UN can not simply get visa for you, OK. Be obedient, OK? Japan is one of difficult country for immigrants. If you do not follow what Simon or I say, you can not come here. Understand? Don't move your consignment until I say it is OK to move.

Simon wants to know what is the name of your father's friend in Malaysia and where he was located. In KL or JB?? What are their races and religion?
Also what is the name of diplomat you are talking about?

The last part "Simon ... bra bra bra" is to test some Malaysia knowledge.

I wonder what would happen if you decided to reword part of the agreement "just to make it more legal", then send it back to him for his approval & ask him to initial any changes he makes.
Most certainly demand the health certificate first otherwise the little boy could come over at all.

Interestingly, your boy John and Dr. Ken Tom (I never realized Africa had so many PhD's) both write long, run-on sentences and use "please" a lot. Hmmm...

I note the lad completely ignored the power of attorney form you sent. Of course, that will have to be completed, along with all those pesky health documents. The NON-CUMVENTION NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTAILITY agreement does not substitute for a power of attorney. It also doesn't say who Party B is. We can't have that. The Japanese are very precise about these things.

I read the document again, found some mistakes. My Asian language first name (deleted full name to avoid being googled ... Spelled wrongly.

In fact not so many uses English names in Japan, and if using it, that is for ease of foreign friends and business partners so that Tracy's English name is not official and legal. If the lad spells real name in Japanese wrongly, I am sure document will not be valid. He also use small letter for his name, and that may be considered error.

Party B not identified. In this case this document will be good for nothing for them I guess. Or they so not care the content of the doc?

Now should Tracy or her lawyer Ms Suzuki should feed back or just leave as is until this document has been referred to certain action request?

I've often raised the question, why send all the money before the refugee is free to travel. Half the time they insist on sending it anyway.

How can the boy have medical tests documented from the future? Did I miss a year and it's 2015 and not 2014? First date is 4/8/14. I don't know if it's April or August as I don't know if they write dates mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy - either way, the dates are in the future. Why do they use a lab in Utah in the USA instead of a lab in Africa?
