I haven't heard from this lad for 11 days and I thought he had quit on me.

But...

just turn it around, he doesn't trust you either, but a picture for a hundred dollars? That's asking for a lot, he sends the picture and you send $25.00 We need to stay business like here.

Send him a picture of yourself something like

and tell him that you are ashamed that he should suggest that you have to pay $100 to receive a picture of your friend. Tell him that you are known for your generosity and have never let a friend down, but his behaviour is not of a friend. Tell him how disappointed and saddened you are at his money grabbing attitude.

Tell him that you only give without demand.
