Could anyone shed some light on the safari hats?

, they have been on the forum for at least most of the time that I have been a member here, so nothing much has changed, except that some new safari hats/globes were added with numbers on them, that was nearly 2 months ago, see here:

Safari hats are claimed if you send a lad on a long time wasting journey (safari), which you can verify by way of their IP before they left and after arriving at their destination, some people say the safari should be a minimum of 200 miles to qualify, but there are no hard and fast rules about that, obviously, short journies like 20-30 miles would not really count as that's not much of a distance, it's also difficult if your lad is travelling within the same country as the IP will more than likely be similar to his normal IP, getting a lad to a different country will give you a different country IP and therefore easier to ascertain that he has travelled there.
