Mr. Bucky Fisher
CEO - The Catholic Organization of Christ's Kingdom
Mr. Egoama George,
I am pleased to hear of an organization in such a great, needing country that requires assistance. I am the present CEO of The Catholic Organization of Christs Kingdom (C.O.C.K.). We are a Catholic organization, that works closely with infants and their development, throughout childhood. I would be interested in becoming a beneficiary, so you may utilize me to siphone your funds through. I understand that you are unable to acquire said funds in your name, becaue you are a top civil servant and that is not allowed to be done, according to the law of the land and are unable to operate bank accounts outside your country for now. I would be interested in assiting you with these transfers.
I will await an email from you, and wish you the best of luck, in these trying days to come.
Thank You -
B. Fisher
CEO - The Catholic Organization ofChrist's Kingdom

Dear Bucky Fisher,
Compliments of the Day to you.
I am delighted at your response which makes quite an interesting reading, I am also very intrigued to know about what you and the catholic organization is doing for the Children, the Catholic Church is renowned for such acts. I am therefore very happy that our proposal will avail you funds to be able to continue the good works and infact I feel a sense of charity working with you in this transaction I believe that at the end of it a lot more people than we anticipated would be touched for good by this transaction.
Be informed that at the receipt of your mail below, I had convened a meeting of us involved in this transaction to intimate them of your response and to tie up all the loose ends to our plan. The modalities have been horned to the extent that we can state without fear of any reasonable contradiction that we are bound to succeed and swiftly too, but of course we do require your absolute cooperation to deliver on the promised swift success in this transaction.
This deal is essentially about the transfer of funds. Funds, which will be referred to, as contractual funds will be transferred into an account that you shall provide for us.
In effecting the funds transfer we shall acquire all the needed documentation that would legitimize the process of this transaction. And to do this we must follow the laid down procedures, as stipulated by government regulations, the funds would therefore be tied to a company's name so that it would be payment, by my government to the company which is the beneficiary, for services rendered to the government.
And to be eligible for government contract here in Nigeria, such a company must have been in existence in the country for at least three years, also such beneficiary company must have been registered with the appropriate ministry, parastatal, department, agency, etc. as a bona fide contractor from where the contract would have emanated.
So, firstly, we shall incorporate a company in your name here in Nigeria as a limited liability company. This we shall do at the corporate affairs commission (CAC), the registrar of companies in Nigeria. We shall also backdate the incorporation by about three years to make it look as if the company have legally been in existence in Nigeria by that number of years hence it's eligibility for such contract bid, award and subsequent execution for which you now expect final payment.
Secondly, we shall also register your company as contractor with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, and the Niger Delta Development Commission. Note that the contract that would be used as the shadow stand in for our course would be one that was done under this Commission. So that we can give appropriate cover to it.
Thirdly, we shall pay a backdated income tax assessment for the company for the three years we will be positing that it has been in existence here in Nigeria. There are other documents that we will be acquiring such as the Contract Award Certificate to show that you were awarded a contract and the job completion certificate to show that you completed the contract. We will also obtain the Vetting approval from the Ministry of Justice and the monitoring department of the U.N.O. to show that the money about to be transferred is not drug or terrorist related. All this will take time and some funds which we have already set aside.
Lastly, after we have successfully obtained the needed documents we shall apply to the Central Bank of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Finance for the release of the contractual sum (US$9.5MILLION) into the account that you shall provide. This will be the high point of this transaction.
To enable us proceed with the transaction we shall require the following information very urgently;
(a) NOMINATED COMPANY NAME.
(b) NOMINATED COMPANY ADDRESS.
(c) BANKING DETAILS. (Preferable a zero account)
(D) TELEPHONE & FAX NUMBERS - confidential numbers please
(E) Any other information you may deem helpful to the smooth processing of the payment and remittance of the fund.
These information should be provided as soon as you get this missive, so that we can put this business in motion and make the application for the release of the funds from the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Nigeria, as budgeted funds meant for payment of foreign contractors cannot be left hanging as that logically would arouse suspicion, in such a case, the funds are re-assigned and enquiries made, of course that we do not desire. So the imperative of time exigencies cannot be over emphasized.
There are other inputs that we have so far mapped out to speed up and safeguard this transaction till the successful end, our knowledge and our influence as a part of the normal transfer procedure will avail us reliably through the various approval stages, as seasoned civil servants, we have meticulously strategize all possibilities to see that we conclude this transaction within the shortest time possible.
However, we stress strenuously for the records that the confidentiality status of this deal is topmost secret level, for the sake of the transaction and for our reputation, we require a solemn pledge of confidentiality before we go any further with you. We also need as criteria for nominating you as our chosen foreign partner in this transaction, a pledge that you would cooperate fully and work with us in unity of purpose for the swift and successful fruition of this business. Please, in the event that these requirements are breached I would have no choice but to terminate this business with you.
For your assistance, we propose 20% being US$1.9m for you, we do believe that this would meet with your satisfaction and would serve as a motivation towards getting your full cooperation. We want to make it very clear here that we do rely on your transparency and your sincerity.
Please, do not hesitate to ask questions where you are not clear, in consideration of our time constrain, you can call me on my cell phone number 234-805-472-5752 or my private line 234 1 813 9496 or simply write me a mail with the requested details.
Thank you.
Sincere regards,
George.

Good day to you George,
I hope you are enjoying a most exciting day and that I am eager to learn more about you and hope we can do future busniess together. I am, however, a little skeptical of this certain type of business practice. Meaning, I would like to know more of the person I am dealing with and be able to confirm that this is a notable and legit transaction we will be conducting. I do not have an empty bank account, but i am sure I can have one of my security and financial advisors help me obtain one, so we may move further with this transaction.
Now, as far as trust goes..I would like to know more about your background and for you to tell me what it is you do and he goal w wanna reach, to make this a successful transaction. I do have alot of bank accounts being I am wealthy, not to brag, but I just wanted to let you know I can help and assist you in this transaction. My wife asked me to make sure that I ask you for your personal photo and also some sort of ID that shows the corporation you are employed through. I know that these two things may seem to be asking alot, but I have to establish a connection and to also be sure I am dealing with an actual person and not some sort of mail generated email system.
After I receive your two photos, I will check into getting a zero balance bank account set-up, so we may work on getting the funds transferred and making sure we can work through all of the details, to complete the transaction.
I will supply all of my info, after i receive your verification.
I look forward to speaking with you soon, and I am extremely eager to help someone out.
Have yourself a great day -
Bucky Fisher
If anyone has any helpful cooments, I would appreciate them, as this is my first attempt!

You are asking for pics waayy to soon
You should try to keep your reply's short. Try to act as if your very uncertain about the entire thing and then gradually warm up to the idea.
Ask LOTS of questions keep them short and don't let the lad get any further until he answers each question you asked. Lad will get frustrated and that's where the fun begins.
Taking it slow drives the lads crazy because they are paying for internet cafe time and the longer it takes to get the WU the more money it costs them. Once they have invested a good deal of time and money into the scam, they'll be less likely to drop you. They will put up with TONS of abuse then too. |

Thank you for the tips.
I got his letter today and what you said, seems to be the route he is going:
Hello Bucky,
Please do be serious, your request for a photograph of me in front of my Commission is absurd, when you relate it to the content of my mail. I sense some kind of sarcasm in your mail, but I am not sure, but if that is what it is then it is rather unfortunate.
If your genuine concern is to verify my proposal then the way to go about it would be entirely different from your, I dare say, silly request. This is a serious opportunity for people who are keen on grabbing it, it is rare, if you do appreciate it then get serious and let us talk about the verification. If not, please, I am sorry for your time.
Good day.
George.
I now understand more of what I have to do.
I have been scaning the forums and letter archives, and maybe I messed up up my first baiting, but i do believe I am able to "sink the hook" back in.

Hello Bucky,
Complement of the weekend to you.
After thorough consideration, I have decided to honour your request since you feel so strong about it, I decided to even give you a picture I took at my last wedding anniversary that I took with my wife.
I hope I can trust that it would not be used for any other purpose other than what you requested it for.
Regards,
George

My reply:
Good day to you George.
I am glad to finally have a face to match the name, although that picture is rather small and comes up real fuzzy when printed. Could you tell me more about this investment and business oppurtunity? How long, after I send my bank credentials, does it take to complete the transaction?
Have a great day,
Bucky Fisher
I hope this will get the hook set in him.

Hello Bucky,
The transaction should not take more than seven working days from when you send the requested details to me. I have provided you with my telephone number and expected that you would reciprocate. Due to the exigencies of time, it is better and more prudent to straighten out any queries that you may have about the transaction as we do need to move ahead.
Do furnish me with your number so that I can call you.
Regards,
George.
I will force him to wait and respond to him tomorrow!
BTW.....
Anyone have a phone number or some sort of answering serivice I may use?
I could just use Skype, but I am not sure if that is safe.

You can set up a free K7 number to get messages from your lad, I don't have a link but you should be able to find it using "search" (top menu).
I don't talk to the lads, but I think Skype is 100%risky-free. |
