its allmost finished so i decided to post it, it doesnt really got going to the end so i have taken some of the boring stuff out but left enough so you know whats going on., their isnt a huge amount of humour here. this is just me getting to grips with baiting, i also have some voice messages but all short and boring. but nice to know i cost him money.
any input is welcome, especially advice on what i can do in future baits:

during the weekend when i was going to send you the money i was also
on the look for a new car, their was a gorgeous secound hand Lexus
going for $15,000 i only had 5,000, so i kind of borrowed the money
from what i was going to send you, its ok though as when i recive the
$30,000 cheque along with the money i have left from my new car.i

Their is no problems, also i dont recall phoning you, do i smell a

Mr Yang has paid the money to the company for us so their is no
problem and i recived a cheque today for a further $30,000 from a MR
Tim, i am richer than i have ever been in my life, i took the 30,000
cheque and got it cashed at a cheque excange, they did take 10% for
this service but i was told the cheque would be cancelled so i had to
be quick and let them take their 10%.

The car is a real beast, you should hear her purr, ive attached a

i do not take like reciving death threats, especially from such
reputable companies as China Abrasives Import & Export

today i got a threating e-mail from George Spanks, what is going on. i
thought i was dealing with reputable companies and people, not the
mafia. I will be making your payments soon, i recoved the cheque for
30,000 and have cashed it. i will need you to send me some more
cheques if i cam going to be able to pay you back in full. i will not
take my 10% cut from them and this way should be able to pay you back

ok the colours are a bit of a mess, most e-mails are from mr yang as the others were short ones about cheques, except at end where 1 is from the cheque guy (in green)
anyone have any advice on posting baits, this was a long process.

Lestat - regarding the posting of baits, yes it can be a long and difficult process, and I guess each baiter has his/her own technique.

Since most of my baits are not post-worthy, I try not to do too much work early on. Once a bait shows potential, I save all the old messages in a simple text file using Notepad, including incoming IP addresses, email addresses and all phone numbers. I separate each message with a standard string of characters. I name the file based on the original lad, then rename as needed to add the names of new barristers/banks/security companies. In this way I can maintain many baits fairly easily. Yes it is still work, but not excessive IMO.

If I feel the finished bait is worthy of publishing, I make a copy of the text file, and change the old message delimiter to the "/quote quote" tags. Then I get to re-live the whole bait by reading from the beginning, removing certain addy's and phone #'s, and adding comments depending upon my mood. I haven't messed with colors at all - instead I just try to bold certain phrases I think are either key to the bait or are just simply amusing in some way.

I then paste the finished product here, review a few times, and there you have it. Yes it is still work, and I am still refining my process, but that is the price of publishing.

Another big help - read other baits, and see what you like about their style and format. And check the "help, hints & tips" forum. And ask your mentor.

BTW, nice job, very amusing! You really got their anger up, I like that!
