First your accountant has no idea of the cost of the VAT, I have confirmed in this myself as the General manager of the company, and the Ministry of internal revenue has confirm this amount to me in dollars and also in GBP, and that is the amount included in the invoice as sent to you. He confirmed my accountant does not know VAT? Also there is no "Ministry of Internal Revenue in the UK...tabling that for later
Secondly, i see no reason why he should be delaying the payment as needed, if you want to work this out as you have said, then get to the bank yourself and make the wire transfer of the total amount in the invoice, or ask him to proceed with the payment, then leave every other thing to this company and then we would come make the delivering to you.
I hope you fully understand this now?

Because if you want me to pay the invoice as it stands, even though it is incorrect I can do that...but you will be responsible for all errors and omissions. So from where I sit, we can move forward with you on the hook for any errors and omissions moving forward or you can correct your invoice, to include any and all taxes and fees at the correct rate. My accountant has offered to prepare this invoice for you properly, at the cost of $250.00 USD. Let me know if you would like me to have him do that. I will simply deduct it from what you are owed. The reason that this payment is being held up is because your company is not competent enough to prepare a proper invoice. So let me know how you wish to proceed.

Anyone else having any luck with this idiot? I had him still on the hook up until this past Friday...I think I still have him...hoping to set up a safari.
We went back and forth, idiot STILL got the "invoice" wrong...after several attempts. But I figured I had caused him enough pain there and reluctantly made the transfer. Asked for photos of the ACTUAL boxes I would be receiving and received this bullshit

Well the money was transferred. Ordinarily I would go beyond the transfer slip request but in this case, given the amount of money involved...I got a bit creative with a few tools that we have available to us(Thanks FROG)....and returned the invoice he sent me to him with a paid stamp on it from L A D bank > . I this case i felt it was a appropriate to lend credibility to the transfer considering the amount of money we are dealing with. Questioned it at first but I berated him, the shipping company then replied and thanked me, stating they would let me know when the payment posted in their account. Of course I berated them at that point as they now proved that the transfer slip was meaningless....now I had to convince him....hell I don't know I thought it was convincing
Well of course the bank account was reported, and it was time after a few days to have a problem with the bank transfer...

I do believe I have come up with a way to guarantee you will have the money in time, and this transaction can be concluded. I was hoping that we could put aside what has happened thus far and work as men to bring this transaction to an amicable conclusion. I trust you will see the wisdom in what I am proposing, and do what is right. |
If I can re hook him---there will be no more transfers...I will have already sent the money to my elderly uncle in the UK who is going to handle this all in person....as the receiver is in the UK....I do believe a safari just might be worth a try here?
So is this idiot enduring any other eater pain? |
