Isaac Crentsil, the "COMMISSIONER FOR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT, ACCRA GHANA" has a simple request; for Mal to pay a "CUSTOM CLARENCE PERMIT FEE OF $400 USD". But he then went on to say:

"TRY YOUR POSSIBLE BEST TO SEE HOW FAST YOU CAN RAISE THE FUND TO HELP US HAVE A CONCLUSION IN SOME NEAR DAYS BEFORE ANOTHER ACTING COMMISSIONER FOR CUSTOM DEPARTMENT TAKE OVER FROM ME AND MAY DECIDE TO CONFISCATE YOUR (2) ATM CARDS WORTH $40 MILLION AND PUT IT INTO GOVERNMENT TREASURY".

Mal didn't take that well.

There was a Lad claiming to be in the customs at JFK airport in my sights at the same time, so I brought that one into play.

Bring in Mr. Oveur. You have to get the Clarence permit from him. And when it's Dunn and Oveur with, the consignment (or whatever) can get Unger way.

Since 1607, I believe. There was that whole tea party thing in Boston in 1773 and the independence thing in 1776, but it didn't work. Her Majesty The Queen can still seize American goods. Better Her than the IRS. Laughing
