So a lad that I thought I got rid of came back and I decided to respond to him again. He was asking for a transfer fee from Western Union or Moneygram and I decided to put a spin on it.
I said that I was in China and that there were no Western Unions or Moneygrams near me so I had to find a different way to send the money. I recommend that we meet up in person and that I would travel to where he is to receive my donation.
Then he finally said it:

I did confront him about this saying I was not a scammer and the ignored me sending the same thing he did when he asked me for the transfer. |

A classic case of unconscious irony from a Lad? Just as being told "you are very stupid" means "you are not stupid enough," perhaps being told "you are a scam" means "you won't let yourself be scammed." How dare you! |

from what I have seen in the past, lads are apparently trying to steal each others scripts by posing as victims.
that's quite a clever way of getting new scripts for free (cheaper than buying scripts).
apparently, they are trying to fight that, because everyone likes to steal scripts, but no one likes to be the victim  |

Okay, so here's a twist: Tell your lad that you will be in Nigeria to meet him in two weeks and that you will meet him to settle all business. Set a date. Don't take "no" for an answer.
