I wonder how this all rolled? I was pounding a loan lad about a "runway project" over a year ago when he disappeared. This morning I got this, same email string and same email address:

Sequel to my previous message,You will agree with me the difficulties associated with the validation, clearance and disbursement of funds nowadays due to obvious strict international roles. The bottle necks are so much and frustrating to say the least.

In a bid to overcome these challenges, we were brought in as professional in this field, to fix the problem, remove all bottles necks and draw up a strategy that would enable easy access to the funds without absolutely no complications or requirements of any sort of cumbersome documentations with is usually associated with funds transfer.

What we have done is to get a “third-party off-take”(Hedge Fund manager) to absorb the funds($20m) into an existing Hedge fund Portfolio supported by a “CORPORATE BOND” with an already issued Draft with a face value of €1.3B (One Billion, three hundred thousand Euros) meant for securities transfers issued by DEUTSCHE BANK AG, FRANFURT-GERMANY.

The draft(Bond) is an off-shut of an existing €10Billion portfolio, which was issued in October 2016 and its maturity date is October 2017, the further fantastic news and benefit also is that the bond allows for partial drawings which means that you will be able to instantly draw out your investment funds of ($20m) once all the coordinates and permission are handed over to you to block, transfer and draw.

For the benefit of your independent verification, the bond in question can be verified and confirmed on the Euroclear and these are the ISIN & COMMON codes respectively: DE000DB2KWZ9/053825311. Kindly check it out yourself with your bank if you may or contact Deutsche bank Germany for confirmation.

What is required now to close the deal is for the statutory administrative and service charges of 147,250.00(One Hundred and forty seven Thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ) to be paid so that all further details including, but not limited to: Blocking codes etc shall be handed over to you to instantly go on the Euroclear to block, transfer and draw the funds.

This process will take barely one banking day to complete once all the details and permissions are made available and it can be completed between bank-to-bank.

All is set sir, I am just waiting for your green light and immediate action. This can be completed this week unfailingly.

We'll get to that, fear not. At this point I'm just profanely chewing his ass to shreds about putting my project in jeopardy. He doesn't seem to like it.

He's giving you code numbers and telling you they can be checked? If someone did that wouldn't it blow his scam out of the water, show it to be fake?

And the bank won't know what it is and I'll go back to him for verification and he'll need the payment to "activate" it or some other silliness.

When in doubt, any number passed on isn't going to work without some money to get it moving!

Interestingly, I don't think it's the same lad, the writing style is totally different. Maybe a hijack of an old email account? Or someone going back through old emails and telling his little lad buddy he'd take a crack at it? Beats me but he's not going to enjoy it either way.
