There's this particular scammer (who goes by the name of Olga D Rodas) that I've seen posting advertisements on numerous reptile websites, trying to sell reptiles to unsuspecting victims. The advertisements are generally obvious scams as the species they're advertising for sale are illegal to keep in the county that they're advertising. But it would surprise you that there's a lot of people who are not aware of what species are illegal.

I've dealt with this person through two different email accounts and more recently, on a reptile forum via personal messages. The moment I noticed dear Olga as a member on the forum I immediately reported them so that the admins would ban them. Meanwhile, as I waited for the admins to respond I decided to keep Olga busy by pretending I wanted to buy the snake they were advertising. Another forum member also did this. Nothing special happened, we were just having fun wasting "his" time.

I'm posting the conversation mainly for entertainment purposes (I'm very new to this). Perhaps someone can make something of the details Olga provided? I'll see if I can post the emails later.

Then Olga was banned and "he" could no longer reply to my messages. The next conversation is by the other member, who I have asked permission to post this.

Just to let you know too. You need to be careful on this site there are a lot of people on here who will try to scam you. They say they have deposited the money and for you to send the snake. But they will make a false receipt and send that to you showing the money is there.

Please PM bank account info to a moderator, who will pass it on to the bank. When you get bank account info from a lad and report it, you score a piggy. Closed lad accounts
