On the BBC news channel, there's a section called the Victoria Derbyshire program, presented by Victoria Derbyshire.

I was a bit surprised that many of the baiters interviewed were happy to reveal their identity. In some cases their face was shown, but filmed in a neutral place.

Not sure it gets the point across from the baiters point of view (though I suspect if they had a link to the “turd” thread, all hell would have been let loose), but if the potential victims get something from that report (which I think they will), then it’s good for me ……… |

I can't watch this from where I am. I'm pretty sure there's a way around it, but I'd have to look it up.
What I've noticed is that the MSM rarely casts baiters in a favourable light, probably because vigilantism is generally frowned on. In some cases they even go so far as to paint baiters as bad guys needlessly hurting poor desperate people who are just trying to feed themselves. Screw that. |

This segment was surprisingly favourable. No mention of the "V" word, it focused more on awareness, victim support and time wasting (no edgy baits were discussed). |

Yeah, watched it first hand, disappointed with the brevity and depth, but at least safety was emphasized. Nice to see Bi Gal again. And Lovely gills, but my hearing is not so good these days. |

For those from outside of UK: it is possible to watch when you use firefox and the add-on AnonymoX which allows you to choose a UK IP address. Works fine for me |

I can also recommend the "Beebs" add-on for Chrome. It assigns you an IP number AND opens the BBC iPlayer at the same time. |
