Hi I'm Gungne for you, I'm in an psycologic war with a scammer to get my money back.

I have a lot off information on this scammer, they can't be that smart I figure. Based on what I was able to extract out off the net.

Is there some forum or db where I can start build the profile on this scammer and his different websites, I also sitting on possible names and addresses that realy exist. And "company" information he has used and using in his work. I can't shut down everythingg he uses yet.

First of all, it is extremely rare anyone gets their money back. Secondly, this scammer likely has your personal information - like your name, address, etc. - trying to damage a scammer, a criminal, who knows information that can lead him back to you is definitely not a good idea.

As for names, companies, they often use real, existing names of other people and companies, so even the information you currently have can not be the scammers real information.

The best thing I would advice you to do is to post any information you have about the scammer to our sister site scamwarners.com - you can post emails this scammer sent you, his email addresses, names he used and so on... If you decide to share this information, please make sure to delete any personal information from messages he sent you, so that it can't be traced back to you. It is a significant help as other people will be able to see your warning and thus, the scammer can lose potential victims.

I know that this is a risky undertaking, i know before I startet to turn the case, that this has little potensial to end well.

So far I can judge out from there response, that they didn't expect this turn in the case.

I will give them time to respond, then I will post the rest of their 5 domains so we can shut dem down one by one. Not all off their domain ardirectly used in scams. But the same name, address, phone numbers, persons, cirkulate on the registrations.

I know how you feel right now, but I strongly recommend you to drop your case and read around a bit. In revenge, you can do fatal mistakes that you might not realize now. Right now, you might think it is "worth it" and it "has potential", but the consequences can be bad for you. These people are criminals. They likely have your personal information.

Here, we deal with these people on daily basis, acting very carefully not to let anything slide. If you mess with these people, they get very upset. They send death threats and often, they mean them. They retort to attempts at hacking, social engineering, stealing identities, sending viruses, these are all well documented reactions to us, baiters, messing with them. For us, it is not nearly as dangerous, because we are
a) careful not to give them anything related to our real identity and
b) not motivated by 'revenge' or 'getting back at them'

If you want to hurt these scammers as much as possible while staying safe, I'd like you to consider this:

1) Report them on scamwarners.com - exposure hurts them more than you might imagine!
2) Feel free to report any fake sites related to them at our Fake sites forum where our more experienced site killing members can take care of it https://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=57
3) Stop any contact with the scammer you have right now - you know it is a scam. And sadly, you can't get your money back. Staying in contact with the scammer only increases the risks of the scammer getting back at you.

If you still want to hurt scammers, there are certainly safer ways to do so. If you are interested in that, you can stay and read around, create yourself a fake identity and get a mentor who can tell you how to start scambaiting in safe, but useful way. I will follow this advice, and start to get at them the safer way. I have enough information to pick them out later with another ID. For me the best way will mostly be to just follow their activities and to try to shut dem down as I find them.

Now this case will be left with our national police.

Welcome Gungne and I'm very sorry to hear you've been victimised by these scammers.

Mortal has made some great posts and I would urge you to join at our sister site Scamwarners.com if you have not done so already. Scamwarners is very well suited to compilation posts containing emails, phone numbers, websites etc used to carry out scams. That's probably the best place to make a post like that, so other potential victims may find out more info before it's too late.

As well, a number of experienced members there are well prepared to offer advice and suggestions about how to move forward --- victim support is a key part of Scamwarners' mission.

I see that one of their fake sites you posted has already been taken offline, so do feel free to post more. If you need any assistance with that please feel free to send a private message to me and I can help you out.

I have already reported 2 off the scammers websites here, and it goes down.
I have a few more on them, but here I need to copy them for investigation reasons.

Any one who can help me with that ?

Hello again!

The best way to make sure they get handled properly is to post the domains at the Fake scammer banks & sites forum and our experienced site-killers know just what evidence to gather, to get them down Smile

If, for whatever reason, you need to keep copy of the contents of the site for yourself, there are two things you can do.

1) Save screenshots of the site
2) Copy the text of the site and paste into Notepad (program included in every version of windows)

I mention specifically notepad, becasue that way is it saved as plain text and not whatever malicious code could be included in the website. I have unfortunately seen what nasty stuff can sometimes be on those sites and how well it can be digsuised.

There is also fake sites forums at ScamWarners if you want to post it there, either is fine - Eater's fake sites forums is dedicated to killing sites and ScamWarners fake forums is dedicated more to warn others of this site.

I download every website I kill, except when I can't (usually because the site won't let anyone in without JavaScript). I have two scripts for this, one using wget and the other using httrack. This has helped me identify gangs of scammers and point out in reports that one site has the same template as a previously killed site.
