I have sent you link of his picture & name in the official bank website, so i do suppose he is reliable.
Going throught your forum, seeing pics, i suppose that 419 problem mainly emanates from West Africa, countries with high populations, corrupt govts, slow economic growth, lack of good infrastructure, it actually reminded me of this:-

Please do not ‘suppose’ anything as Scammers come from all over the World, and come from virtually all classes in society. Why? Heck if I know (BUT I'm thinking Money might be involved)! Since you posted some stats so shall I.

That article says (or rather estimates) how much Canadian victims lost to the scams, not that scammers from Canada made $1.2B with scams.

That being said, I don't see the point of this numbers game in the first place, so I guess I still agree with Oscar.

Have you noticed one trend of recent ?
These west African states Nigeria, Gabon, Niger, Burkina faso, Ghana (all Africa, too) is having an explosive population growth ,in fact some are emigrating to Europe for job opportunies whilst populations in good countries like Germany (which produced notable brands like Henkel, BASF) & Japan (known for Sony and Casio) are in decline.
We are going downhill.

And now we are approaching the line where this is going from slightly amusing to dangerous. I'll leave it at that. I'm not in this forum's Diplomatic Corps by any means and have learned to leave matters like these to people who can express themselves in a more civil way. Good day.
