It sounds to me like he is looking for a partner. As a true Guyman you would be unwilling to share your methods for harvesting names.

Before you give him your email software he needs to prove that he can make money for you. Your gang has plenty of paying victims, and you don't have time to deal with the other maga. So give him a list of potential victims and if he gets money from them he gets the software. Perfect opportunity for a massbait.
