While my character was trying to claim his Heineken lottery winnings from South Africa, he received notification of another Heineken lottery winning, this time from Nigeria (or so my character claimed; I had simply decided to drag in another lottery bait I'm involved in, to sow those seeds of distrust).
After sending the rather abrupt Mrs Sylvia Pieterse an example of the other lottery's emails, and I kept asking her about these other people, are they real, who are they, will they stop when I claim my winnings, etc, she decided to be honest and forthright with me...

So there you have it. If anyone here is dealing with people from Nigeria, drop them immediately because nothing good ever comes from there.
And they're all scammers. |

The irony here is that a notable fraction of the SA-based lads are actually Nigerian citizens, so it wouldn't be entirely impossible for this lad to be one as well. |

great situation
just a funny idea:
thank him for saving you from sending money to them.
and then tell them some horrible things you've heard about nigerians and that they are all satanists, etc.
if the lad is a nigerian himself, he might try to overlook your accusations. but deep inside it'll sting... 
of course, one week later, you can tell him, that he said that he is your lads boss and it is safe for you to send him the money. lads just love competition. |
