Must be a low budget scammer and having problems with obtaining card numbers. He promised me a payment before the weekend.

He asked for eight days for five people around the third week of August, but didn't specify whether he wanted night, morning, or afternoon, or two of them. Also any eight-day period includes at least one Shabbat, and this week includes Eser b'Av (Teisha b'Av falls on Shabbat), so I need to find out which exact days he wants before putting him on the calendar.

Lad didn't bother to check what status 43 was.

I told him sometimes happens a card is declined for no reason. These are my first 3 black porks, so I ask you for some advices about what should I tell him next.

^^ Congrats on the black oinkers. If you already told him the cards were declined just wait a day and see if the coughs up a new one. The amount that he wants charged on each transaction would certainly be rejected in a real world situation. This lad doesn't have a clue how international CC transactions work.
On the next batch tell him that you processed a small amount on one of the cards and the next attempt was rejected. Now you have some of his money and is more likely to play along looking for his payday.

Thanks for this advice. I will do so. He said he would give me another Visa and American Express. He called me the other day from Nigeria, he wanted to know if I was in the office - it was 10pm. Of course I was Twisted Evil

^If he told you to charge in increments of $x, tell him that either one increment of $x went through or none did. If he told you to charge the whole amount, tell him it's over the limit, unless he's already tried several cards and doesn't want to split. Don't make up an amount and say that it went through. I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen in real life.

Annette last sent him a message four days ago; he hasn't answered.

I spoke to him the other day, he called me first from Nigeria, then from UK number. All he wanted to know was if I were in the office. Since then he hasn't called me again, instead he has sent me an email asking if I can process the card.
