He didn't bother forwarding the email. Instead, he just threatens to cancel Roger's fund:

Roger will try to get the lad back on the hook when he replies.

Roger urges Inga to stop screwing around:

Inga asks Roger for the money again:

How am I suppose to send the $5000.00 dollars payment to you if you refuse to except it? Please, do not waist any more of my time. Either work with Mr Hilts to fix your account or tell me another way I can send the money. This should not be difficult and it is taking far too long.

I may have Roger realize that Hilts is a crook soon. The bait isn't going anywhere because this fool still doesn't realize that working with Hilts is in his interest. So in order to avoid us dropping each other out of mutual boredom, I may go in a different direction just to create some movement.

^ Inga2 is long gone. It's only Inga1 responding now, and few and far between at that. I think Thursten's suggestion to try a different bank makes the most sense. Roger will open up that angle in the near future.

Roger suddenly realizes that Hilts is crooked:

Roger has never heard of this new person Inga wants him to pay:

I am worried because Mr Hilts is still in charge of the Chase Bank account where my $26 millions dollars is, and I am not sure what to do about it. I don't trust him to keep my money save anymore, but I don't know where I should move it. Mr Hilts was always the one to give me financial advise before, but now I can't ask him, and I don't know what to do.

Can you please give me some advise on what to do? Should I move my money? Should I tell Mr Hilts that I know he is doing bad things and that he won't be my banker anymore? Please help me and I will be willing to reward you.

You would think any lad with half a brain would jump at the opportunity to tell Roger what to do with his millions, especially now that Hilts is out of the picture (which was presumably the issue before). But this lad has demonstrated repeatedly that he has the intellect of a goldfish. He sticks to the script:

I decided to go in a different direction to try and keep Inga on the hook:

Roger doesn't understand why the lad needs the receipt:

I sent the money several days ago. The bank manager said it should have cleared by now. Please tell your cashier to go look at the account balance and you will see that it is there.

Anyway, now that I have paid the fee, what is the next step for claiming my fund?

The lazy lad just repeated the same demand for the payment slip again. Roger will comply, but I will deploy a few trusted methods to delay for another week.

Roger gets the slip, but doesn't know how to send it to Inga:

I am still confused why you even need it. It should be very simple for your cashier to just look in his account rather then make me go back to the bank several times to get a silly little slip.

Inga keeps repeating the same thing each time Roger asks how he should send the slip. Roger gets fed up and loses his temper:
