What a Happy New Year's Eve surprise! A Lad in Naija baited by Dr Mike and myself in 2013 suddenly and unexpectedly resurfaced on 30 December 2015, offering to complete the 2-year old deal. It is a testament to Dr Mike's credibility that over 2 years on, the Lad still remembered his baiting character Bob and remained 100% bought in to the Bait. Within an hour on New Year's Eve morning, an agreement was made for a representative to be despatched to meet Pr1cky in Looe and collect £14 200.00 GBP in cash. The Lad's representative arrived in her car after a 3 hours drive in heavy traffic on one of the busiest days of the year. Careful questioning over the phone had confirmed that she was complicit and her bank account has since been reported. Sadly, it doesn't qualify for Pith Helmets, as the distance travelled was 120 miles each way. Regardless, their New Year's Eves were ruined and 2016 has started with bad tastes in their mouths.

Weymouth to Looe
The narrow streets of picturesque Looe that the Ladette became lost in
Looe Library: The Meeting Place
Public Toilets opposite Looe Library. Ladette parked up here for an hour in the rain
ITINERARY:
New Year's Eve, am. Ladette sacrifices working on the busiest day of the year for taxi drivers and drives 120 miles, 3 hours, from Weymouth, Dorset, to Looe, Cornwall.
New Year's Eve, pm. After a 3 hour journey, Ladette arrives in Looe. Following the post code given by Pr1cky, her sat nav takes her down a maze of narrow streets, deep into the ancient town of Looe, teeming with seasonal tourists. Eventually, she finds the 'real' meeting place and parks up in the rain for over an hour before capitulating and driving for 3 hours back home. By the time she returns to Weymouth, much of the precious New Year's Eve taxi fares have evaporated.

Nice work. To have a lad come back after years and just ask to be safaried like this. It has happened before but it is quite rare. My only regret is that it isn't the full 200 miles. |

I'm also curious as to whether she owns the cab or leases it from the company? If it is a lease does her boss know what she uses it for? |

Once again, absolutely phenomenal work here. I was quite surprised when I heard Angela's accent, though.
To bobbybobby's question: I have a feeling it's her taxi firm, but then again I could be wrong. Either way, as she gave up a good part of New Year's Eve's takings (where it's likely the taxi rates were higher due to the day) she was certainly complicit.
How and why she got involved with this lowlife, I just can't fathom, but she was clearly promised some cut of the stolen cash for making the drive and depriving the man on a crutch of his savings.
As well; the somewhat brusque way she replied "Yes, I do!" when TM questioned her if she knew the lad, is very dodgy indeed.
I hope her credit report gets flagged with banking fraud and she is sacked or loses her license (preferably both) and thus, livelihood. A great start to the new year. |

You could argue it is a Safari, Cornish nationalists have long campaigned for independence from the UK and Cornwall even has its own language. |
